14:39 I've done that and I've done -- I love it when I do the green like this with optimistic,

16:49 area, for me, when I put my foundation on first and try to do my brows, I'm trying to
16:53 put it on top of foundation, and brow liner or powder doesn't apply to the same as foundation.
16:58 So that's why I definitely will always do my brows first, but my eyes, it's just I like
17:03 to clean up after with my shadow.
17:05 Sometimes I get fallage once in a great while.
17:08 Most of the time, I don't.
17:09 Or sometimes I'll touch my face with product on my hands, and I just like to clean up after.
