00:20 So, will this be acceptable, if the Nigrah set up, if the Nigrah becomes the Prime Minister?

00:30 The fact that the Nigrah nominated the Prime Minister, by the Noon League,

00:37 I don't find it surprising, because he had to nominate a man like himself.

00:46 And he qualifies, in that he is the person who became a promise witness,

00:53 and then he made a statement on the 164 Confessional Statement, which is on oath.

00:58 He made a statement there, and then he wriggled out of it.

01:03 Meaning, he made his own statement on oath, and wriggled out.

01:09 So, this is a special quality of the PTI, PDM, and especially the Noon League leadership.

01:15 If you go from their top leadership to the bottom,

01:19 because they are their relatives, and they are confidential,

01:22 and they were and are still the Minister of Treasury.

01:25 So, this is why, this is not a matter of concern for me.

01:28 But, I don't think that in any case, that despite all these things,

01:33 he will be nominated as the Caretaker Prime Minister, and he will be made.

01:39 The reason for this is that, basic qualification.

01:42 If in Pakistan, impartial, transparent, and fair elections are to be held,

01:47 then in every case, a person will have to be brought, on whom no one can point a finger.

01:54 And no one can talk about his impartiality.

01:57 So, this does not qualify in that sense.

01:59 But, Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Ahmed, the Minister of Treasury himself said in the interview,

02:04 that the amendment should be made in Section 230,

02:07 and it should be made by authority, and decisions should be made on the economy.

02:10 So, obviously, this is not for anyone else.

02:12 If he becomes the Prime Minister, then obviously, he will be made so by authority.

02:16 So, does this give you the strength that this decision has been made?

02:20 Well, he has said this, he has assumed himself to be the Prime Minister.

02:29 And he has a lot of work to do.

02:32 Like, in Ujlat, you see, an assembly is being finished,

02:35 and with what speed are amendments being made, different laws are being made, amendments are being made.

02:41 This work will come for an assembly for five years, this is his work.

02:45 Those who are doing this work on their way, they want to facilitate themselves.

02:51 Section 230 of Election Laws 2017 is very clear.

02:58 And if he makes such an amendment, which is called person-specific,

03:05 the person-specific amendments have no legal status.

03:11 And it will be a challenge, and it will be a challenge, and there is a possibility that it will be a strike zone.
