00:00 The Ukrainians paid the Biden crime family millions and millions of dollars.
00:06 The next day, the Mar-a-Lago raid and the Mar-a-Lago indictment.
00:12 Last week, Hunter Biden's sweetheart plea deal fell through when the judge realized
00:17 it had blanket immunity.
00:20 The following day, a superseding indictment against Donald Trump.
00:27 July 31st, Devin Archer goes to testify in front of the House.
00:33 That was only after they failed to put him in jail prior to the fact.
00:40 What happens the next day?
00:42 The January 6th indictment that we're here for today.
00:45 This is not a coincidence.
00:47 This is election interference at its finest against the leading candidate right now for
00:53 president for either party.
00:57 President Trump is under siege in a way that we have never seen before.
01:03 President Trump and his legal team and everyone on his team will continue to fight, not for
01:09 him, but for the American people.
01:13 I'll take some questions.
01:14 Thank you.
01:15 I know the president has called this a witch hunt.
01:18 You just laid out several examples of that.
01:21 Any other thoughts that the president has communicated to you in terms of why this is
01:25 going on and why he calls it a witch hunt?
01:28 I think a witch hunt is really the way that anybody should describe this because it's
01:32 not something we've seen in our time.
01:35 This is not even political.
01:37 This is beyond that.
01:38 A witch hunt is when you relentlessly attack your opponent, when you relentlessly attack
01:42 the thing that you are most afraid of.
01:44 People are afraid of somebody that cannot be bought by Washington.
01:48 People are afraid of somebody who is independently wealthy and who has given up his good life
01:54 to fight for this country.
01:55 That frightens a lot of politicians who are career politicians, unfortunately, because
01:59 he'll get back there and I know he'll be fighting for every one of us so that this doesn't happen
02:02 to us.
02:03 You've seen the cases about free speech, but the special counsel says Trump could have
02:07 disagreed with the results and talked about it.
02:10 No crime there.
02:11 The difference is what he did to try and switch the votes.
02:15 What is it that he did to try and switch the votes that you refer to?
02:19 By bringing cases, by using the law in an appropriate manner, unlike what we're sitting
02:24 here today seeing.
02:25 This is not appropriate.
02:26 What President Trump did is he said, "Go patriotically and peacefully and protest."
02:32 That is an American right.
02:33 That is why we are America and we are not a third world country.
02:36 Although I will say that today, I don't feel very much like we are in America.
02:39 Yes.
02:40 What is the case you go forward before or after the 2024 presidential election?
02:43 I think that every court needs to look at this as a whole.
02:47 It's not about the January 6th case.
02:48 It's about the fact that in the matter of a couple months, we have seen them try and
02:52 tie up, and me as an attorney, I've never seen this, tie up one individual who's running
02:57 a campaign in a campaign, running for office for president so that he is in court, in depositions,
03:03 and distracted so that he won't properly run for 2024.
03:06 Frankly, it's not going to work.
