Mohammad Kaif, the former Indian batsman and now assistant coach of Delhi Capitals, feels the IPL has been a great stage for young cricketers seeking to play for India. Kaif feels no player can take his place for granted and even senior cricketers feel the heat as competition in IPL is stiff.

00:19 That's the key I guess. We are quite lucky to have some quality players, Indian players and lucky to have lots of international players who are playing for India at the moment.
00:33 So, it's great to have those guys around. That's always going to be a key factor to win the IPL.
00:39 If you have 7 players who are currently playing for India, most of them, we are as coaches, we feel lucky. We got less pressure compared to other teams because players have been playing in the IPL before.
