01:04 And how did you find that? Mixed feelings really. A lot of the speakers
01:12 had a lot of good things to say, helpful things to say. And a lot of them, I didn't much like
01:20 what they said. I don't feel they're listening to the business owners in Inverness, which
01:26 is what we were all there for today.
01:28 What's your name and where are you from? Craig Donain. Craig Donain Associates, a small

01:35 Do you feel as if the council will take this on board today?
01:38 Well, as explained by the gentleman at the end, it's a long process and this is only
01:43 a short way into the process. I think a lot of people believed that the process was already
01:48 decided, that everything is just going to go to the council and it's going to go ahead.
01:53 But it's quite clear from public opinion that it needs to be revisited. There needs to be
01:58 a moratorium on the way these things are going, how they consult people, the way that they
02:04 consult people and who listens.
