Rishi Sunak says serial child murderer Lucy Letby is "cowardly" for refusing to appear at her sentencing hearing. The prime minister tells reporters during a visit to a nursery in North Yorkshire that the government is “looking” and has been “changing the law” to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future.
