00:21 The BRICS Summit has started today in the morning,
00:25 has gathered the BRICS Business Forum with also participations on ministerial level.
00:32 The forum discussed several issues, among them, of course,
00:36 the matter of de-dollarization and the establishment of a joint BRICS currency
00:41 or the establishment of direct digital payment systems to avoid the use of US dollar.
00:48 Other topics on the forum in discussion were climate change, common response to that,
00:53 and of course also deepening trade relations, deepening travel contacts,
01:01 deepening infrastructure cooperation among BRICS members,
01:05 as well as possible new members to the BRICS Alliance.
01:11 In the afternoon, the leaders of the countries, the presidents,
01:16 are expected to arrive here at the forum, at the BRICS Forum,
01:20 to meet up with the business representatives
01:23 and also to start their own agenda regarding the summit.

01:32 to observe how the summit evolves, the path it takes,
01:36 the progress it achieves in regards to the de-dollarization issue,
01:41 as well as the expansion issue, the inclusion of new members to BRICS.
