00:03 Hey, what's up, GQ?
00:05 It's Caleb Williams here, quarterback
00:07 of the University of Southern California.
00:08 Trojans is my 10 essentials.
00:11 [MUSIC PLAYING]
00:14 These right here are extremely special to me.
00:23 Started off, we got my signature on top, Caleb Williams,
00:26 which is really cool.
00:28 And then on the inside, I got my number, my initials, CW,
00:33 which is five fingers, because I paint my nails.
00:36 It's part of my routine during the week.
00:38 There's a lot of noise during the week.
00:40 There's a lot of talking trash.
00:41 And when you go to the nail salon, I throw my beads on,
00:43 and I can sit down and put my head back and kind of just
00:46 let the nail tech go at it.
00:49 The Heisman Trophy is bronze, so they
00:50 wanted to attribute some headphones to the Heisman
00:53 moment that I had, which was really cool of them.
00:55 [MUSIC PLAYING]
00:57 Oh, come here, buddy.
01:00 His name's Super.
01:01 My nickname on the football field is Superman.
01:04 I wanted to make the bootleg version kind of name.
01:08 I've had a couple of Bulldogs of mine when I was younger.
01:11 He brings a lot more swag and energy to my life.
01:16 And his paws are huge.
01:17 He drags his paws all over the house.
01:19 And as he gets older, he's going to get around 65 pounds,
01:22 I think it is.
01:22 Anytime I see him, it's a great thing to come home to
01:25 and see something every single day that is always
01:28 going to love you and give you company.
01:30 And all he wants to do is cuddle.
01:32 And he actually has two beds.
01:34 He lives like a king, to be honest with you.
01:37 This is a special ball.
01:40 This right here is a beauty.
01:42 Nike came to the school, and I was able to design my ball.
01:46 On it, it says, "Two-minute drive game winner."
01:50 And then it says, "17 to 14, USC and Oregon State."
01:55 Then it has a hashtag, "Fight On,"
01:56 and a hashtag, which this dude means the world to me,
02:00 Brett Nealon.
02:00 He was my center last year.
02:02 It says, "#NealonNudge."
02:03 I didn't want to feel like a freshman again,
02:05 going to another school and having
02:07 to start over everything, like just completely everything.
02:10 USC, with the new coaches, which were my old coaches
02:13 at Oklahoma on the playbook, it wasn't new to me.
02:16 Honestly, USC was actually one of my first dream school
02:18 when I was around 10 years old.
02:20 My dad said I couldn't go to Alabama.
02:21 That's the school I came back with.
02:23 So I was kind of lucky I actually got to go here,
02:26 and kind of weird.
02:27 These two beautiful, thirst-quenching drinks
02:35 right here are my favorite things in the world.
02:39 And I don't really know if it's healthy, how many I drink.
02:41 It's not an unhealthy drink, but how many I drink
02:45 could be pretty unhealthy.
02:46 I drink about three of these a day.
02:48 I drink with every meal.
02:49 I don't carry them with me, but maybe I might start.
02:52 Whenever I get home, I go straight to the fridge
02:53 and I grab one of these.
02:54 It's the first thing I grab.
02:55 Cold ginger beer.
02:57 Fever Tree right now is the best one, I believe.
03:00 You know, when I first tried it, I didn't like it.
03:01 My dad got me on it.
03:02 He always told me, put a little hair on your chest,
03:05 so be prepared.
03:06 It may burn sometimes if you drink it too fast.
03:08 It always gets me on the first sip.
03:17 This buddy right here, I need to get a cover.
03:20 But, got a couple stamps in here.
03:22 It also brings a sense of motivation.
03:26 Now, I got a lot of goals in life,
03:27 but my last end goal was to travel the world.
03:31 I just used this buddy for an awesome trip
03:33 that I was able to take my mom on for about two weeks.
03:36 We went to Positano, it's a vertical city
03:38 and it's beautiful.
03:39 There, they do everything fresh.
03:41 A particular meal that I had in Amalfi Coast, Positano
03:45 was this white fish, I believe it was Dover sole.
03:48 They brought it out in a whole team with it
03:51 and they pulled the spine out of it right there in front of you.
03:54 They picked out the little bones that was left in it.
03:57 It was covered in a lemon sauce that had potatoes.
04:01 It was, I mean, it was unbelievable.
04:05 These are my sneakers.
04:06 Key part of my wardrobe, it's the first thing
04:08 I probably pick out, because everything after that,
04:11 you just got to find something that matches with it.
04:13 It for sure can make or break the fit.
04:15 It's my most important part of my outfits.
04:18 I mean, these are actually my newest pair of Samba.
04:21 My Samba addiction has been for sure ramping up here recently.
04:26 You don't really see too many kind of silver surfer
04:28 kind of shoes.
04:29 Cactus Flea Markets.
04:30 My unique pair of shoes, as you can see.
04:33 Got these around last year.
04:35 I mean, I was holding them.
04:36 I didn't want to wear them.
04:37 I didn't want to take them out the box.
04:38 And I'm not a box guy.
04:39 I put, I throw all my boxes away.
04:41 Shoes are meant to be worn.
04:42 But I kept these in the boxes
04:45 because I really wanted to keep everything all together.
04:48 As you can see, I didn't even tie this.
04:50 It came like this.
04:51 I just slip my feet in.
04:52 And they're for sure my most unique and favorite shoe.
04:56 Oh yeah.
04:58 Trolleys.
05:00 Octopus are the, it's the best kind for trolleys,
05:05 to be honest with you.
05:06 But candy, sour candy especially.
05:09 Whether I'm at practice, in class, playing a game,
05:13 watching a movie, laying on the couch, playing with my dog,
05:16 I have candy everywhere.
05:18 I have a candy drawer at my apartment.
05:21 In the meeting room, we have a candy bin.
05:23 During games, we have a candy box that travels with us.
05:27 It's candy everywhere.
05:28 It's probably not the best thing for me.
05:31 It's not that bad when you're actually moving
05:33 and working out, when you just sit around all day
05:34 and eat these.
05:35 It gets pretty bad.
05:36 They could change your life.
05:38 Trolleys.
05:41 My Chrome Hearts belt and buckle.
05:43 I just recently got this,
05:44 and it's actually my favorite piece.
05:47 You don't see it in your fit often,
05:49 unless you try and show it.
05:50 It makes you feel like a cowboy a little bit.
05:52 You know, or a Texas Ranger with the big old buckle.
05:54 And then here's the belt.
05:55 Yeah, I got the all black version of it,
05:57 with a few crosses on it that overlap.
05:59 Then it has the two little,
06:00 little two Chrome Hearts right here.
06:02 The details are, that's something that they care about.
06:04 You got the Chrome Heart in the back
06:06 that nobody can see other than the person that's wearing it.
06:08 So, it's pretty sick.
06:09 I've always been a little bit of a bigger kid.
06:12 I got three trunks for legs,
06:14 and it's all the training that I've had to do
06:16 on the Catholic schools and things like that.
06:18 It kind of just carried over,
06:19 and now I actually wear it for, you know,
06:21 a part of the outfit as a little detail
06:24 that if you see it, you see it.
06:25 If you don't, you don't.
06:26 You know, walking out there as, you know,
06:28 one might say, feel good, look good,
06:30 and you know, play good.
06:31 Here's the Chrome Hearts and belts.
06:33 My GoYard pouch.
06:39 So, this pouch right here is my prized possession.
06:42 Anywhere I am, this is with me.
06:44 I love the color.
06:45 Doesn't stand out too much.
06:46 If you know what it is, you know what it is.
06:48 I have a bunch of different chargers in here.
06:50 I have my Apple Pen, I have a pen in here.
06:52 I always have my keys in my wallet in here.
06:54 Everything stays together, so I'm not, you know,
06:56 looking around.
06:56 I hate losing things.
06:57 I always have my iPad with me.
06:59 I can text on this iPad.
07:00 I can use my Apple Pen to do plays and everything.
07:03 A couple of plays right here.
07:04 I don't know if I can show you plays.
07:06 I had to give up to all the other teams that watch.
07:09 But I just have a bunch of notes on here.
07:12 I got it all.
07:12 Everything goes in here.
07:15 One of the most precious things in my life.
07:21 I don't want to get all emotional over this thing.
07:24 It's a lifestyle, for sure.
07:26 It's something that gets me out of everything.
07:29 You know, you put on your headphones,
07:31 you get on the game, you know, your name's not you.
07:34 You just get out of everyday life.
07:36 You can go lay down, relax, relax your body,
07:38 but also hand-eye coordination, teamwork, communication.
07:42 I don't play any single player games.
07:43 I like team games and we can go, you know,
07:45 win and whoop up on some people.
07:47 I play Call of Duty every day.
07:49 I'm more of the aggressor.
07:52 If I hit you a couple of times, I'm on you.
07:55 Thanks for watching.
07:56 I'm Caleb Williams.
07:57 These are my 10 essentials.
07:58 (upbeat music)
