00:07 Who's going to show you a delicious chicken dish called Murk Chole which is famous in Lahore.
00:11 So let's start cooking.
00:12 To begin the recipe, first we switch on the gas.
00:21 Add ghee.
00:23 Once the ghee is hot, I'm going to add 2 bay leaves.
00:27 4 green cardamom pods.
00:29 2 black cardamom pods.
00:31 Cinnamon stick.
00:32 Black peppercorn whole.
00:34 And cloves.
00:35 After whole spices, I'm going to add onion.
00:38 And cook till they get golden brown in colour.
00:41 As the colour of the onion starts to change, I'm going to add ginger-garlic paste.
00:49 I'm going to cook the ginger-garlic paste till the rawness goes away and onion are golden brown in colour.
00:55 The onion is golden brown in colour, I'm going to add chicken now.
01:01 Saute the chicken till the colour of the chicken changes to white.
01:09 As the colour of the chicken has changed to white, I'm going to add boiled chickpeas.
01:21 Now I'm going to add 4 slit green chillies.
01:25 And to season it, I'm going to add garam masala.
01:27 Coriander powder.
01:29 Salt.
01:33 Now mix together nicely.
01:37 And cook till the rawness of the masala is gone.
01:40 After the rawness of masala is gone, I'm going to add boiled chickpea paste.
01:52 I'm going to add curd.
01:54 Also I'm going to add water.
01:59 Mix it nicely.
02:04 I'm going to lower the heat and cover and cook the chicken for at least 10 minutes.
02:11 Chicken is almost done. At this stage, I'm going to add black pepper powder.
02:19 Again cover and cook it for 2 minutes.
02:21 By that time, we'll prepare the Rogan. For that, I'm going to switch on the gas.
02:25 Add ghee.
02:27 As the ghee gets hot, I'm going to add red chilli powder.
02:32 Mix it up nicely and directly add into the pot.
02:37 And cover and cook it for at least 2 minutes.
02:46 Our Chole Chicken is ready.
02:49 I'm going to add little coriander.
