00:57 So there should be no reason why the results

01:30 that you find challenges along the way of achieving part of

01:37 or some of the commitments that you need to achieve,

01:43 The PSS will give you the support that you require.

01:53 on as you shine in your respective area,

02:10 very seriously.

02:12 And your responsibility is to ensure that the pressure

02:21 that is being exerted on you to perform,

02:24 you exert it downwards to those that are working under you.

02:30 If you can exert even greater pressure, it makes the chances

02:37 of your success feasible.
