00:00 A week after the huge win over Alabama, many were wondering how this Texas football team
00:05 would respond.
00:06 While a 31-10 win over Wyoming is a win, the Longhorns reverted back to old ways and slept
00:12 to walk through the game.
00:14 The Cowboys led throughout the first quarter, and while Texas took the lead in the second,
00:18 the Cowboys tied it again in the third.
00:20 Coming off of an impressive weekend at Bryant-Dinney, Quindie were struggled, missing throws and
00:25 lacking the edge we once saw.
00:28 The Longhorns took control of the game in the fourth quarter, scoring three more times
00:32 thanks to a 44-yard Ewers to Xavier-Worthy pass, a 5-yard Ewers run, and to close it
00:38 out, a Jaron Thompson 27-yard interception return.
00:42 Yes, the offense played poorly, but still won by 21, and the defense continues to look
00:47 like one of the best in the country.
00:50 And perhaps the most exciting part of this all?
00:52 For the first time since 2012, the Longhorns are 3-0.
00:56 Next up, Texas will travel to Waco to take on the 1-2 Baylor Bears Saturday at 6.30pm.
01:03 From Longhorns Country, I'm Alexandra Cox.
