CAIT, 22, is a model, fashion blogger and student who lives in the UK. She was born with achondroplasia, a rare form of dwarfism, she is just 3ft 9" tall. She has been with Guy, 32, 5ft 9", a Marine engineer and a motorbike racer for just over a year. Guy initially approached her last year after coming across her modelling profile. He instantly thought she was "beautiful" and "wanted to try to date her". He sent her a friend request on Facebook, and she eventually saw it nine weeks later and messaged him. They went on a first date, and their romance blossomed from there. However, some of Cait's friends and family questioned Guy's intentions. "There is this narrative that people like me could not get a guy like Guy," Cait explained. Guy dismisses their wariness, with the strength of his feelings: "Everyone has what they like," he said. Cait's parents even researched his Facebook ahead of meeting him for the first time. "My parents were very unsure," Cait said. "It's easy to pretend to be something that you are not [online]," Cait's mum Jacqueline admitted. "We were concerned," her dad Leon agreed. However, after meeting Guy for the first time their minds were changed: "We had a very good, positive feeling after you walked into our house," Jacqueline said. Guy has now been welcomed into the family and Cait has moved into his cottage. Now they work together on her OnlyFans account which Guy suggested she started. Cait explained: "OnlyFans is a recent thing I've started, I've been a content creator for about five years. We thought moving to OnlyFans would bring in some income." She is now Britain's smallest glamour model. Despite the boost in confidence this has given Cait she is wary of how some people online interact with her page. "There are a lot of people who fetishise dwarfism obviously as it's quite different. I have to be careful to not interact with it. But at the same time, if I don't, I'll lose my following on OnlyFans."

00:00 This is Guy he fell in love with...
00:03 Kate.
00:05 I came across her modelling profile.
00:07 I was like, "Wow, she's beautiful.
00:09 I want to try and date her."
00:10 And I just fell out of control from there.
00:13 And they have started working together on Kate's OnlyFans career.
00:18 Let me know if it shows too much.
00:19 There you go.
00:20 But with Kate being 3ft 9 and Guy 5ft 9,
00:28 some people don't believe their relationship is genuine.
00:32 There is this narrative that people like me
00:35 cannot get a guy like Guy.
00:37 So it was a bit bizarre for everybody.
00:41 And it's not just their friends who doubted their love.
00:44 My parents were very unsure.
00:46 We were concerned about his relationship.
00:49 I think it's easy to pretend you're something you're not.
00:56 We're about to do a shoot for OnlyFans,
01:00 which is a recent thing I've started.
01:02 I've been a content creator for about four or five years now.
01:05 And we thought moving over to OnlyFans would help bring in an income.
01:10 And it's not like I do the typical nudity or anything like that.
01:15 It's just what I do on Instagram, but people pay for it.
01:18 Hi, I'm Kate.
01:19 I'm 22 and I'm a model, fashion blogger and student.
01:23 I have achondroplasia, which is a form of dwarfism.
01:27 I always aim a lot for people who fetishise dwarfism,
01:31 obviously, as it's quite different.
01:33 And the 2% of my following that will comment.
01:36 And I've got to be so careful to not interact with it.
01:40 But at the same time, if I do not, I'll lose a following on OnlyFans.
01:44 Guy is actually the one who suggested it.
01:49 You ready, Kate?
01:50 Yeah, just come in.
01:52 I'm Guy, I'm 32.
01:53 I'm a marine engineer, but I'm also a motorcycle racer.
01:56 Let me know if it shows too much.
01:59 You are a beautiful small girl.
02:00 And it was like, you are quite different and you've got a unique selling point there.
02:03 - Alright? - Yeah, that's fine.
02:05 And there's potential there.
02:07 - Ready? - Yeah.
02:08 We looked at OnlyFans and we saw how much people were earning.
02:11 And we thought, why not?
02:12 Right, there you are. You look beautiful, Kate.
02:14 Just fray yourself around a little bit.
02:15 That was it.
02:22 Yeah.
02:23 I like it.
02:24 - Yeah? - Yeah, I like this.
02:26 I think that's one of my favourite shoots we've done so far, actually.
02:28 Like, the confidence is there.
02:30 - Yeah, you look a beautiful lady there. - Thank you.
02:33 I like it that you see yourself as a proper lady.
02:35 You know, you like dressing up.
02:37 I wouldn't be OK with anything distasteful or pornographic.
02:40 And a lot of people are asked to see things like your boobs and stuff,
02:43 but that's not going to happen.
02:44 - No, no. - You know, it's not what it's about, really.
02:46 It's more about just glamour modelling.
02:49 Everyone has what they like, so I do prefer smaller women.
02:52 I don't think I'd get one as small as Kate.
02:53 You know, maybe 4ft6 or something.
02:55 But, yeah, I like to do things by extremes.
02:59 So this was Kate's first OnlyFans shoot,
03:01 which is not as easy to do as it sounds.
03:03 Trying to find a basketball court that fits her is very difficult.
03:06 But I worked out that you could get old lady pop socks,
03:09 which just happened to be the right size for Kate's feet.
03:11 So when I found that, I was like, "Yes, we've got something here."
03:15 There's always sort of a way through everything as a little person.
03:19 Guide, how did you first meet Kate?
03:22 So I was working in the south of France in a shipyard for a yacht,
03:25 and I was in my bunk, just scrolling through social media,
03:28 and I come across her modelling profile.
03:31 I was like, "Wow, she's beautiful. I like the look of that.
03:34 "I want to try and date her."
03:36 And I sent you a friend request,
03:38 and you accepted the request eventually, after like nine weeks.
03:42 I thought it would be silly not to message him.
03:44 He's very attractive.
03:46 His profile picture at the time was him on a yacht, no top on.
03:50 I looked at his profile four times to know he had a good history.
03:53 And so I was like, "Yeah, why not?"
03:54 We went on a date in Bristol, and I stayed over overnight.
03:59 So then it sort of just spiralled out of control from there.
04:03 Some of my friends were worried that Guy was like exploiting me
04:06 in some way or another.
04:07 No way, he seems too good to be true.
04:09 This photo on this yacht, they didn't believe me at all.
04:12 They were quite concerned that he was like a Tinder swindler,
04:15 not Facebook.
04:16 And because you're disabled,
04:17 I think some of them thought that they were better than you.
04:19 Yeah.
04:20 You are a beautiful young woman.
04:22 It's quite an obvious reason why I was messaging you.
04:24 Yeah, there was definitely a lot of judgement on that end.
04:28 Out of protectiveness, of course, but it's still a form of judgement.
04:31 Yeah.
04:32 There is this narrative that people like me cannot get Guy like Guy.
04:38 So it was a bit bizarre for everybody.
04:42 You got me pretty quickly.
04:43 Yeah, over nine months, I'd given you everything I offered.
04:46 Yeah. The cottage, the dog, living with me.
04:49 Yeah. Over nine months.
04:51 I think Guy is probably my first love.
04:54 You've taken me seriously, you've done everything,
04:57 you've ticked all my boxes.
04:58 Whereas previously, my first long-term relationship
05:03 didn't end up well.
05:05 You OK? Come on. Come on, boy.
05:07 Come on.
05:08 Come on.
05:09 Good.
05:10 We're on display and sometimes I have to stand up for you.
05:15 You get unusual people staring or taking pictures or following
05:18 and if you're going to date someone, you've got to be,
05:20 "OK, that's going to happen."
05:22 Sometimes you're going to have to tell someone to step back a bit.
05:24 So any time I'm out, I will be looking at people's phones
05:29 to see if they're pointing towards me.
05:31 It makes you really paranoid.
05:33 It's horrible and it makes you feel like an animal.
05:35 Yeah, it's almost like quite suffocating and horrendous, really,
05:40 when I'm just trying to do something normal.
05:42 But I have told people off before,
05:43 they were even stalked and followed.
05:45 Yeah, like, he's very protective and he will just go up,
05:48 no sort of qualms about it.
05:51 It's, yeah, it's quite nice to have somebody be that protective.
05:56 I've always tried to give Kate the confidence to dress, like,
05:58 nicely and sexy and nice tight dresses
06:00 and to dress up properly like you want to dress up,
06:02 which can attract people who are just blown away
06:05 when they see her.
06:07 And people will follow you and they will stalk you
06:09 and they will try and touch you.
06:10 Oh, thank you.
06:12 It's the first time I've ever seen a little person,
06:14 especially a beautiful little person.
06:16 It's not just that you're small, you're small and you're beautiful.
06:19 I think that's why The Only Fans is so successful.
06:22 My mum, bless her, she hasn't treated me any differently to my brother.
06:25 But I know there is that extra layer of wanting to protect me.
06:30 Hello.
06:31 Hello, good afternoon.
06:32 How are you?
06:34 Well.
06:35 Yeah, mum, how are you?
06:36 Good, darling.
06:38 My parents were very unsure.
06:41 So when you first heard I met somebody online on Facebook,
06:44 what did you really, really think, be honest?
06:47 Worried.
06:49 Yeah, why so?
06:51 We were concerned about his online relationship meetings
06:54 or not being able to judge a person via text or, yeah.
07:01 Profile picture.
07:03 I think it's easy to pretend you're something you're not.
07:06 Obviously, before they met him, they had their doubts.
07:09 They were very wary.
07:10 They had, like, researched his Facebook.
07:12 They wanted to know.
07:14 They researched my Facebook?
07:15 Yeah, you knew they did.
07:17 It wasn't until about ten years ago, so we drink.
07:19 They probably do. My mum's...
07:21 My mum loves a good Facebook sort, bless her.
07:25 Hello, family.
07:27 Hello, guys.
07:29 So what were your main concerns when you found out
07:31 that a random seafarer had contacted her
07:33 out of the blue on Facebook?
07:34 That she was going to disappear out to sea somewhere.
07:39 (LAUGHTER)
07:41 I've got a little bit of trust in you, in what you do,
07:44 but it might have been an OK thing,
07:48 which, luckily enough, it turned out to be an OK thing.
07:52 You just seemed like the boy next door.
07:56 Yes, we had a good, positive feeling
07:59 very soon after you walked into our house.
08:02 All right, thank you so much for your input.
08:04 We love you.
08:05 Love you very much.
08:06 Love you too. Bye.
08:08 Thank you.
08:14 You're welcome.
08:15 So how do you feel?
08:17 Considering it was your father, pretty well.
08:19 Yeah, it was more important than with an average height person
08:22 for them to know I was OK,
08:23 and I was quite keen to come down and meet them as soon as possible
08:25 so they knew I was genuine.
08:27 You've changed my life because you made me realise
08:29 that I could have a romantic relationship
08:31 and be in love with somebody I did not expect to fall in love with at all.
08:35 And it just happened.
08:36 It was like a fairy tale story, wasn't it, really?
08:38 I think you've helped me, sort of, life-wise.
08:41 I feel like I could be a woman.
08:43 You've really built my confidence.
08:46 Good. Thank you.
08:47 Life's chaotic, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
08:50 And, er...
08:52 ..please don't change.
08:54 I'm a bit emotional.
08:55 That was true, wasn't it?
08:56 Yeah.
08:57 You say you're lucky.
08:59 I mean, no, no, no.
09:00 I can't believe how lucky I am.
09:02 Love, thank you.
09:03 Thank you.
