00:02 This is the update on the weather monitoring of Typhoon Jenny and the weather forecast for the next 24 hours.
00:11 The typhoon Jenny continues to sweep the ocean.
00:15 And just now at 4 o'clock, it passed through 350 kilometers east of Basco, Batanes.
00:22 The strong wind of 165 kilometers per hour is still blowing near the center and the wind speed is now 205 kilometers per hour.
00:32 It is moving in a wave, a fast wave of 15 kilometers per hour.
00:37 And today, we expect that we will experience strong winds, even strong rains.
00:44 Typhoon Jenny swept this area of the extreme northern Luzon, even some areas of the northern Luzon.
00:51 Meanwhile, the southwest Luzon or Habagat is still moving in the southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

02:24 we still have a high wind signal number 2 here in the area of Batanes.
02:29 And wind signal number 1 here in the area of Cagayan and Babuyan Islands,
02:34 northern and eastern portions of Isabela, Apayao, Ilocos Norte, northeastern portion of Abra,
02:41 and northern portion of Calinga.
02:44 Where the areas that we mentioned earlier will experience strong winds that Typhoon Jenny will leave.
02:51 And these strong winds are possible to leave damages, especially in structures made of light material.

03:08 today, Batanes and Babuyan Islands will experience strong rains.

06:18 for the coastal areas of Batanes, Cagayan, and Babuyan Islands,
