00:02 This is the update on the weather monitoring of Typhoon Jenny and the weather forecast for the next 24 hours.

00:11 The typhoon Jenny continues to sweep the ocean.

00:15 And just now at 4 o'clock, it passed through 350 kilometers east of Basco, Batanes.

00:22 The strong wind of 165 kilometers per hour is still blowing near the center and the wind speed is now 205 kilometers per hour.

00:32 It is moving in a wave, a fast wave of 15 kilometers per hour.

00:37 And today, we expect that we will experience strong winds, even strong rains.

00:44 Typhoon Jenny swept this area of the extreme northern Luzon, even some areas of the northern Luzon.

00:51 Meanwhile, the southwest Luzon or Habagat is still moving in the southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

00:58 Where today, it will also experience rain, especially here in the western section of Luzon, even in the western section of Visayas.

01:53 only now, we will experience strong winds in the area of the extreme northern Luzon,

01:59 even some areas of the northern Luzon.

02:03 And also, the strong rains will be experienced here in the area of Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

02:10 And according to our latest analysis, Typhoon Jenny will leave our area of responsibility between Thursday morning or afternoon.

02:19 And because Typhoon Jenny is getting closer to the area of the extreme northern Luzon,

02:24 we still have a high wind signal number 2 here in the area of Batanes.

02:29 And wind signal number 1 here in the area of Cagayan and Babuyan Islands,

02:34 northern and eastern portions of Isabela, Apayao, Ilocos Norte, northeastern portion of Abra,

02:41 and northern portion of Calinga.

02:44 Where the areas that we mentioned earlier will experience strong winds that Typhoon Jenny will leave.

02:51 And these strong winds are possible to leave damages, especially in structures made of light material.

02:59 So be careful for our fellowmen.

03:03 And for the strong rains that Typhoon Jenny will leave,

03:08 today, Batanes and Babuyan Islands will experience strong rains.

03:14 Meanwhile, tomorrow, Wednesday, we will experience even stronger rains here in the area of Batanes.

03:20 And we still have rains in Babuyan Islands, even in the northern portion of Ilocos Norte.

03:27 So again, be careful for our fellowmen in the face of floods and landslides.

03:34 And for the weather forecast for Tuesday,

03:39 the weather will be harsh here in the area of Batanes.

03:44 And we also have rains and strong winds here in Cagayan and Babuyan Islands,

06:13 And at the moment, we also have a high-level gale warning

06:18 for the coastal areas of Batanes, Cagayan, and Babuyan Islands,

06:23 and Isabela, where the flooding is very severe,

06:26 especially for our fellowmen in the face of floods,

06:29 and also for those who have small vehicles for the sea.
