Kia Forte Koup Mud Bogger Concept

An overview of Kia's Mud Bogger concept that was unveiled at SEMA 2015.

00:00 Hi everyone, my name is Scott McKee, I'm Director of Corporate Communications for Kia Motors

00:10 We're at the 2015 SEMA show in Las Vegas and alongside of me here we have the Kia Forte

00:16 Coupe Mudbogger.

00:18 This was sort of a flight of fancy, we're having fun, which is what SEMA is all about.

00:22 So this is a front wheel drive 2 liter vehicle and it has been raised up 4 inches.

00:29 We've got 28 inch wheel and tire package on it and then a special exhaust out the back.

00:35 The whole inside has been Line-X to make sure that you can hose it out whenever you're done

00:39 having fun in the mud.

00:41 And like I said, this is not going to be and it's not meant to be a champion mudbogger.

00:46 What it's meant to be is a lot of fun in the dirt and that's what we do with SEMA.

00:51 Our theme this year, we have a theme every year, but our theme this year is all about

00:55 exploring America.

00:58 We have a hashtag #KiaWanderlust.

01:01 It's all about the adventure of a road trip, but a road trip that doesn't necessarily confine

01:05 itself to roads.

01:07 We go to different regions all over the country and we explore those regions and we've created

01:12 vehicles that are tailor made to those regions and the fun and culture and the geography

01:18 that we have in those regions.

01:20 So this one is the American South, the Kia Forte Coupe Mudbogger.
