Yeah, this went REALLY well! Shown is 189½lb, 214¼lb & 230¼lb. Building that confidence in putting the power where l want it to be. I've always been able to fling a bunch of weight to the shoulders, but to do it THIS way? Not so much! Definitely, one of the best meet preps l've had. It's just a matter of refining until then.
