Seacoast Open was yesterday and l had a blast. Ably assisted by @russ_1337 @feeneys_wrld l was able to hit all three Snatches of 85kg/187lb, 90kg/198lb and 95kg/209lb. Yeah, that last one was a BIT dodgey! It was a tonne of fun and can't wait for the next meet in November! God Bless!
