00:03 Well basically the power went out to start with. I was on the phone to the National Grid

00:09 trying to get some explanation and as I was looking out the window all the casino grates

00:16 literally popped and within 10 minutes I got customers in the shop, there was water gushing

00:22 through the door. Customers, bless their hearts, was trying to brush the water out as fast

00:29 as it was coming in and we just had to stand there and I just watched everything into pieces

00:34 right in front of my eyes. It just kept getting deeper and deeper, it was up to my waist.

00:41 I vacated the shop about half past one and just watched everything unfold. It was pretty
