00:45 or any caravan that allocates services to a particular barangay

00:50 where the names of the candidates or their photos will be mentioned.

00:56 Candidates who have proven to have bought votes may be disqualified.

01:01 Vote buying and vote selling is an election offense

01:04 and has a prison sentence of not less than one year,

01:08 but not more than six years,

01:11 aside from other sentences imposed by the law.
