00:17 empty for a considerable amount of time, is now getting ready to host a new tenant. A
00:22 notice in Shakeway's window announced its closure and pointed out that the nearest store
00:26 is now in Crawley. Meanwhile, a surveyor's notice in the former Aga store said that the
00:30 shop lease is now under offer. Brighton & Hove Albion are working with the council to develop
00:35 a new stadium for its women's team. Plans to build a new stadium located in the city
00:39 for Brighton women has received backing from Brighton & Hove City Council. Albion's women
00:44 have been competing in the WLSL since 2018 but currently play their home matches at Crawley
00:48 Town's Broadfield Stadium. An exact size, capacity and location of the new stadium is
