00:03 because the way that I approach each day
00:05 is with a flexibility mindset.
00:07 When you approach things with a flexibility mindset,
00:10 it allows you to adapt to each day.
00:12 The people that tell you that you have to follow
00:14 a specific pattern every single day,
00:17 a lot of times they're setting you up for failure.
00:19 And the way that I like to do it is by saying,
00:22 these are the things I'd like to accomplish today,
00:24 setting a little list for myself,
00:26 and then taking them all one challenge at a time,
00:28 starting with the smallest first.
00:31 Each small challenge that is met
00:33 gives your body a little kick of dopamine,
00:34 those neurotransmitters that make you feel good,
00:37 that you accomplish something
00:38 and allow you to continue accomplishing things
00:40 throughout the day as things get harder.
