00:00 It was a difficult one to take. We've pushed as hard as we could for the full 95 minutes

00:06 and we fell a little bit short but we're allowed to give everything there to try and get some

00:11 sort of result and like I say the intensity, the fight is there but obviously we've just

00:16 fell that little bit short today.

00:17 I think you noticed from his first meeting with us the direction he wanted was clear,

00:22 the philosophy that he wanted to do was clear and like I say you can see it now being implemented

00:28 slowly within the team. I think we're noticing the intensity, the levels, the running starts,

00:33 everything's just big differences and like I say hopefully now we can just show the results

00:38 for the back of the hard work. I think even down in the dressing room the boys are gutted

00:43 but at the same time obviously we're noticing that we're together, there's a togetherness,

00:48 there's a belief that we are going to get the results that we need and that's the main

00:52 thing of where we are at the moment in the table, that we need that belief, we need the

00:55 trust with each other and the gaffer and the coaching staff are bringing that to us. I

00:59 think with everything that we're doing at the moment on the pitch obviously we're falling

01:02 a little bit short on the results in the three of the four games but hopefully the performances

01:08 are looking a lot better and hopefully we can turn those results into wins.
