00:00 Sheffield Wednesday are back to winning ways. A 2-0 win today here at QPR, courtesy of Jady
00:05 Gassam and Anthony Massaba. It was a really solid display from Wednesday. QPR weren't
00:10 really at the races, their manager afterwards was saying how disappointed he was, but he
00:15 was also full of praise for the work that Wednesday had done. He spoke about them as
00:19 being an aggressive team and he spoke very highly of Wednesday in the aftermath of the
00:25 game. I think from a team perspective, Wednesday needed this. They were disheartened after
00:33 the Middlesbrough game. You could see it in Barry Bannon's interview that he was a bit
00:37 crestfallen after that. Danny Ruhl spoke about wanting a reaction, spoke about the way that
00:43 his team went out against Borough. He was obviously not very happy with that. Made five
00:48 changes today, changed the formation. A proper shake-up from Danny Ruhl. I think that it
00:54 worked. You look at the way they performed today, they looked a lot more organised, they
00:58 looked a lot tidier. They obviously came away with the result. They could probably have
01:03 won a lot earlier than they did. Josh Windas missed a big chance, but it was good to see
01:08 Josh Windas back. We saw Calum Paterson come back, we saw Christian Pedersen come back.
01:13 Lots of positives from a Wednesday perspective today. They are still 23rd, it doesn't change.
01:20 It feels like Wednesday have been 23rd in the Championship for many, many moons now.
01:24 But it does get them back to winning ways, like I said. The only real negative from today
01:28 was Jan Pervaede. He went off and looked like a hamstring injury. Danny Ruhl suggested that
01:34 it could be his season, Donners only, obviously. A month of it left now. It would be a real
01:41 shame if he wasn't to play for Wednesday again. But, thankfully, JD Gosalma came in and did
01:47 the business today. He got a goal which was a little bit fortuitous, but he deserved it
01:51 for his perseverance in the first goal. He put it on a plate for Francine Masato for
01:55 the second. That was great. Nice to see him come in and impact the game the way that he
02:00 did. I think a special shout out to Bambo Diaby, who dealt with Sinclair Armstrong brilliantly
02:05 today. It was a tough battle. They really went at each other. You could see Sinclair
02:12 Armstrong was getting very, very frustrated that he wasn't having any joy. For Bambo to
02:17 perform like that was great to see. I think also just another shout out for Barry Barron
02:22 as well, who was getting led from the front. He spoke in the week about the time for talking
02:30 being over and he did his talking on the pitch. So, yes, I think a big shout out to everybody
02:36 there. Wensley were strong. They were solid and three points is exactly what they needed.
02:44 Keep it locked on thestart.co.uk. We'll have everything on there, all the updates. I'll
02:47 speak to you guys soon. Cheers.
