00:30 - Hello, how are you doing?
00:32 What did you bring out here?
00:36 - I'm going to play.
00:37 - Nice.
00:38 Hey guys, how's it going?
00:39 So today we are working on a couple of different things.
00:42 We're starting off here in the Hartley
00:43 to pot up a bunch of amaryllis.
00:45 Samantha Grace is gonna be helping us out a little bit today.
00:48 Yes, you excited?
00:50 Yes.
00:53 And then when we're all done,
00:56 I would like to show you through our root cellar.
00:58 Oh, that is just the best pile.
01:01 - That's the best pile.
01:01 - That's the best pile, yes.
01:03 So I do want to show you through our root cellar
01:05 because Paula has been working on building
01:06 some custom shelving in there for us,
01:09 and it's gonna be so much better than it used to be.
01:12 Oh, that is just looking good.
01:13 And you're being so super duper careful.
01:15 Good job, baby.
01:16 This is our setup.
01:17 I just thought it would be so pleasant
01:19 to be out here today doing this project.
01:22 We've got, I think, 10, two, four, six, eight, 10, 12, 13.
01:26 13 amaryllis bulbs here.
01:28 We've got three of the white nymph,
01:30 which are double white, so, so pretty.
01:33 We've got three of the exotic star,
01:36 which are kind of on the coral side of pink,
01:39 like a very warm pink with creamy white striping.
01:42 We've got three cherry nymph,
01:45 which is the double red, very bright and beautiful.
01:48 And then we've got the Rilona.
01:50 Is that how you say it?
01:51 R-I-L-O-N-A, which is the beautiful salmon.
01:55 Oh, I love that.
01:56 And then we've got one of the ambiance,
01:58 which is the red and white.
02:00 This is the soil we are using right here.
02:02 We just opened up a fresh bag.
02:04 And then I've got a selection of pots.
02:06 I'm not sure exactly how it's gonna go,
02:08 except for I do know that I think it'd be fun
02:11 for Samantha to pot up this one for Erin's mom.
02:15 I think she would like that one.
02:16 It's so pretty.
02:17 And we're dealing with some pretty nice bulbs.
02:20 - I like it, this pile.
02:21 - I see that pile.
02:22 It looks beautiful.
02:24 Look at the roots and the bulbs on these things.
02:27 Love it.
02:29 This one feels bigger.
02:30 Let's see.
02:31 Oh my.
02:32 Dang.
02:35 Is that bigger than the bath?
02:39 Really?
02:41 Oh my.
02:43 So just a few things about amaryllis.
02:45 I usually grow ours as annuals, to be honest.
02:47 Like I don't try.
02:48 I used to try to get them to re-bloom.
02:50 We live in a cold enough climate
02:52 to where we can't plant them outside in our garden.
02:54 We have to treat them as houseplants through the winter.
02:56 And while I still have a couple,
02:57 like this one right here,
02:59 we even made this little fence around it
03:01 to keep it from toppling when it was blooming last year.
03:03 And then we've got this one right here.
03:05 It's a little trio, Gardener's Placent, that went out.
03:07 It's a really beautiful blooms on that one.
03:09 But it can be such a process to get them to re-bloom
03:11 because they need a cold, dark period.
03:14 And then just getting all the timing right and all of that.
03:17 And then only really having,
03:19 I don't know what my success rate was,
03:21 but it wasn't large enough or great enough
03:24 to make me want to keep doing it.
03:25 So anyway, I usually grow these, let them bloom,
03:28 enjoy the blooms, and then I re-home them.
03:30 So if that's how you want to handle your amaryllis
03:32 after you've enjoyed them for the holiday season,
03:34 more power to you.
03:35 I don't think there's anything wrong with that.
03:37 It's kind of like poinsettias.
03:38 I don't think, probably the majority of us
03:40 don't try to keep them from year to year
03:41 and try to get them to recolor for each holiday season.
03:45 It's just kind of a seasonal plant.
03:46 But they do make for an amazing gift
03:49 because they are easy to take care of.
03:51 They grow fast, bloom for quite a long time,
03:55 and they're just super showy and fun.
03:57 Now as a general rule of thumb,
03:58 the larger the bulb size, the more stalks you will get
04:02 and the more blooms per stalk you will get.
04:04 So something like this, and sometimes they're labeled,
04:06 like colossal or grade, I don't know if they grade them
04:09 by like letter, grade A or grade one, I'm not sure.
04:13 Anyway, but something like this size,
04:15 you might get three, four bloom stalks, possibly more,
04:18 and several blooms per stalk.
04:21 Something more like this right here,
04:23 this is the exotic star.
04:26 One of the varieties, usually I don't see the bulbs
04:28 come a whole lot larger than this,
04:30 but we might get a couple of stalks
04:32 with maybe fewer flowers.
04:34 So that's the difference there.
04:35 Let me put them side by side.
04:37 Oh, I see that, yep, you keep filling them up, huh?
04:40 I mean, that just makes sense.
04:43 You can see the difference there.
04:44 This one just won't have as much productivity as the big one.
04:46 And then when we're planting them, I plant mine in soil.
04:49 There are specific bases where you can put the roots
04:51 not the bulb, but the roots,
04:53 kind of in like a gravel with water sort of situation.
04:56 You can do that.
04:57 I feel like it's not as long-term of a solution,
04:59 but if you're just growing them seasonally,
05:00 it doesn't really matter.
05:01 But I like to be able to give mine away, pot and all.
05:05 It's kind of like sweetens the deal
05:07 when the plant's done blooming.
05:08 It's still a pretty plant.
05:09 I mean, the leaves are pretty on it,
05:11 but anyway, at least it comes in its own pot.
05:13 So when I do pot them,
05:14 I only put soil up about halfway up their bulb right here.
05:17 You do not want any soil or water going down
05:19 into the neck of the bulb,
05:20 because that can cause them to rot really quickly.
05:23 And then I water them in light.
05:24 Some people don't water them in
05:25 until they start to see upward growth.
05:27 I like to water mine in a little bit when I first plant them
05:30 just to settle everything into their new home.
05:32 And then I hold off water
05:33 until I start to see a little bit of growth.
05:35 Typically when you plant them,
05:36 it can be anywhere from five to eight weeks
05:38 before you see color.
05:40 So it's something you want to do.
05:41 If you want blooms for Christmas,
05:42 you want to be thinking about it
05:43 right about the 1st of November.
05:45 So I'm a little bit late.
05:46 We'll see what happens.
05:47 - Into the pot.
05:48 - Into the pot.
05:50 Okay, you guys.
05:51 So this is what we've got going.
05:52 What I thought would be really pretty.
05:54 I wonder if I should do all three of these salmon.
05:57 They might not be big enough.
05:59 I was going to do all three of the salmon bulbs in this pot.
06:03 They like to be tight in their containers.
06:06 Like this is a little bit small,
06:08 but take a look at this one.
06:12 Oh, that's so awesome, baby.
06:14 This is perfect right here.
06:15 See that?
06:16 That's probably what we'll do.
06:17 - Shake it, shake it, shake it, shake it.
06:19 - You want like no more than an inch around the bulb
06:22 to the side of the pot.
06:23 - And to the pot.
06:24 - Perfect.
06:25 So we're just going to work on getting these potted.
06:27 And we may even run out into the garden
06:28 and grab some branches so that we can use them as a grid
06:31 to keep kind of like a cage,
06:33 to keep the bloom stock from toppling over.
06:34 They do get rather top heavy.
06:36 So it's something to consider.
06:37 You could put a stake in there right from the beginning.
06:39 I think using twigs and branches from the garden
06:41 is a little prettier.
06:42 So anyway, we're just going to get started on this.
06:45 So I'm getting into this first container right here.
06:47 I love this kind of low footed bowl.
06:49 And these exotic star bulbs are the perfect size
06:51 to fit three in together.
06:53 So they're going to be kind of touching pretty close together
06:57 but I just wanted to show you how they go in.
06:59 So it'll be kind of like this.
07:02 Hey Samantha, can you give me a little bit more soil
07:03 in this pot, please?
07:05 Thank you.
07:06 A little bit more.
07:07 Make sure all those roots are covered up.
07:09 Perfect.
07:11 So there's the two of them in there.
07:13 We'll add our third in.
07:14 Oh, that's going to be so pretty.
07:16 And because these are so tight in the container,
07:18 they'll actually support one another.
07:19 Look at that.
07:20 Whoa, it is big.
07:22 Very nice.
07:26 Into it.
07:27 Yeah.
07:27 How about this big one?
07:34 Into the deep end.
07:46 Mom, look at this bigger.
07:47 That looks great.
07:48 Yes, then dip into it.
07:49 Mm-hmm.
07:50 Yes, I guess.
07:52 Yes, I guess.
07:56 That's too much.
08:00 That's too much, Mom.
08:02 (upbeat music)
08:04 (upbeat music continues)
08:08 (upbeat music continues)
08:11 (upbeat music continues)
08:15 (upbeat music continues)
08:18 (upbeat music continues)
08:21 (upbeat music continues)
08:25 (upbeat music continues)
08:28 (upbeat music continues)
08:32 (upbeat music continues)
08:35 (upbeat music continues)
08:38 (upbeat music continues)
08:42 (upbeat music continues)
08:45 (upbeat music continues)
08:49 (leaves crunching)
09:12 (leaves crunching)
09:40 Here they are all potted.
09:42 Aren't they pretty?
09:44 And Russell, you're not supposed to be in here, dude.
09:47 Use the opportunity whenever he can to sneak in.
09:50 But I went out and gathered some pussy willow branches,
09:54 which these are wonderful.
09:55 Look at these.
09:56 The catkins are about,
09:57 they look like they're about ready to burst.
09:59 I think now that they're in some heat
10:01 and they'll have a little bit of moisture,
10:03 once we put their branches down in these containers
10:05 to create our little support system,
10:07 they will probably bloom.
10:09 That will be extra pretty.
10:10 I still do need to gather saucers for all of these.
10:13 I'm gonna get gray saucers for all of our gray
10:15 or concrete pots,
10:16 and then terracotta saucers for these clay pots
10:19 that like these look,
10:21 actually, you know what?
10:21 I think I have a set of these saucers in the barn,
10:24 which will be quite perfect because I need this one.
10:27 So you can get terracotta that's been glazed on the inside
10:29 like this so that no water seeps through.
10:31 I'll clean this and put it with this one.
10:33 This is the one for Erin's mom.
10:36 And that way, whatever surface she puts it on
10:38 will not get any water marks on the bottom.
10:42 I think that's gonna be so pretty.
10:43 We've got the three double whites in this container.
10:46 I asked Samantha if I should do white or red in here,
10:48 and she said white, and I think that she is right.
10:50 I think that'll be beautiful.
10:52 And then we've got the three red ones.
10:54 I gotta remember, three red ones are this one,
10:57 the cherry nymph, this one, and this one.
10:59 And then these three that actually match
11:02 are the Rolona, the salmon color,
11:05 and then this is the exotic star,
11:07 all three of them together.
11:08 So last year when I potted up my amaryllis,
11:10 I showed you how I make the grids or support system
11:12 out of these pussy willow branches,
11:14 basically just inserting one end into one side of the pot
11:16 and then twisting it or curving it over
11:18 into the other side of the pot,
11:20 and doing that several times
11:21 to where it almost looks like a little cloche.
11:23 And then as the stock grows,
11:24 you can just let it rest on those branches up there.
11:26 And so it's a really nice, natural way
11:29 to keep your amaryllis staked
11:30 without having to use a bamboo stake or a green stake.
11:33 Those never look that great.
11:34 And these have some really nice flexibility.
11:37 Look at that.
11:37 I'm not gonna stake all of these
11:39 just because if you plant them in small enough containers
11:43 or you plant them tight enough in their container,
11:46 it gives them less movement to move around
11:50 and to possibly start bending over.
11:52 But sometimes just the stock itself, it's not the bulb,
11:55 it's the stock itself,
11:56 kinda wants to bend over at the base.
11:58 Especially if it's not getting quite enough light
12:01 or maybe even not quite enough water,
12:03 they have a weaker stock.
12:06 So it's nice to have something like this
12:07 in place.
12:08 And then I think I'm gonna leave all of these amaryllis
12:10 out here in the Hartley.
12:11 I think they'll be absolutely beautiful in here.
12:13 And as I start decorating inside,
12:15 I might move a few in if they work into a display.
12:18 But this is just as much a display.
12:20 I mean, we see like the geraniums in here.
12:22 They're so bright and gorgeous.
12:24 We see them from every angle
12:26 that you look at this structure
12:27 and it just brings such a light out here.
12:30 Plus, naturally, this structure
12:32 is gonna get a ton of sunshine
12:33 when we do have a sunny day.
12:34 It's overcast today.
12:36 That sun kinda peeked through a couple of times,
12:38 but it's still really bright in here.
12:40 And I think that that's a good lesson, I guess,
12:43 for where you put them inside your house.
12:44 You wanna put them somewhere that's bright,
12:46 give 'em enough sun.
12:47 In fact, if you find amaryllis like in those gift boxes,
12:51 you know, sometimes like you do,
12:52 maybe even after the season,
12:54 and the bulb is like all bent over and it looks white,
12:57 they will correct themselves.
12:58 If you get those and pot 'em up,
13:00 put 'em in a bright spot,
13:01 they'll green up and that stock
13:03 will straighten right back up,
13:04 especially if you kinda face it
13:06 to where the branch has to straighten up
13:08 in order to face the light.
13:10 It's amazing how fast they will correct,
13:12 but they do like quite a lot of light.
13:13 And then in our house,
13:15 we live in a pretty dry climate
13:16 and we do burn some wood fires here and there.
13:18 So once a week watering for us is usually sufficient,
13:22 sometimes twice a week if it's,
13:24 I don't know, if it's in a spot
13:25 that gets extra like air flow around it.
13:27 Not something I ever really stress about though
13:29 'cause amaryllis are just so easy to take care of.
13:31 I love that about 'em.
13:32 Okay, let's make our little branch structures.
13:35 (upbeat music)
13:38 (upbeat music)
13:40 (upbeat music)
13:43 (upbeat music)
13:46 (upbeat music)
13:48 (upbeat music)
13:51 (upbeat music)
13:55 (upbeat music)
14:02 (upbeat music)
14:08 (upbeat music)
14:15 (upbeat music)
14:17 Got 'em all done, got the area cleaned up,
14:24 and then I went ahead and watered those
14:26 as well as everything else in here.
14:27 So the majority of them are right over here
14:29 and they are so pretty.
14:32 Oh my goodness.
14:33 So I used every last branch that I brought in
14:37 just because I had 'em.
14:38 So I decided to do a big cloche
14:40 over this double white container that's so pretty.
14:44 I mean, that brings so much vertical interest already
14:47 without even having any plants in there growing yet.
14:50 And then the exotic star, right?
14:54 So a cloche over that.
14:56 And then this was a single branch right here.
14:58 You can see the main stem right there.
15:00 So what I did is I just curled all the branches around
15:02 to where I kinda liked how it looked
15:04 and then pinned 'em all down with a landscape staple.
15:06 I just ran out into the flower bed
15:08 and scraped up some mulch and found one.
15:09 But it's kind of like a wild, unique look
15:11 for that container.
15:13 And then these I will add bracing if I need to later on.
15:16 We'll see what happens.
15:17 And I'm one saucer short,
15:18 so I need to run and grab one of those.
15:20 But I was able to find gray ones and terracotta
15:23 to match the containers.
15:24 But I think they're so pretty all
15:26 in one big bunch right here.
15:28 And then the other one is just sitting here
15:30 in the middle of the table.
15:30 This is the one that's gonna go to Erin's mom, Sue,
15:33 until we have a chance to run over and give that to her.
15:35 That way it's out here happy in the light.
15:38 And you can see that I did water everything.
15:40 So that one's had a little bit of moisture.
15:43 So at this point, I'll wait 'til I see some growth
15:45 and then I'll start watering regularly.
15:47 But they should be very happy in here.
15:49 Also, quick update on that centerpiece
15:51 that I recently planted.
15:53 It's doing really well and it's gorgeous.
15:56 I just love looking at it.
15:58 I love seeing it here in this corner.
16:00 It's so pretty.
16:01 I moved it to the corner after having it
16:03 in the center of this table
16:04 because it was still getting a little bit
16:06 too much sun right here.
16:08 The sun is lower in the sky this way.
16:10 And you can see we have the shades rolled out,
16:13 but we wanted to roll them in
16:14 and have the whole thing just look open
16:16 and fresh and airy in here.
16:18 We came in here to film a project
16:19 and it was so sunny that we rolled those back out.
16:22 So it might be okay to move it back
16:23 to the center of the table,
16:24 but I really like it in that corner as well.
16:26 And everything else is doing great in here.
16:28 There's Douglas.
16:30 And I have been working on kind of condensing.
16:32 I'm gonna be moving this out in the next week probably
16:35 so that we can start our tree in here.
16:37 And I'm excited for that.
16:38 I'm not planning on doing anything real major
16:42 with my Christmas trees in terms of new stuff.
16:44 I think I kind of want to almost low-key it a little bit.
16:47 So we'll probably do something very similar
16:49 to what we had last year,
16:50 but I enjoyed it so much.
16:52 I loved it.
16:53 It was like the orange slices
16:54 and the glass ornaments and like mirrored ornaments.
16:57 It was very peaceful to me.
17:01 And I'll probably bring you along for that process as well.
17:03 Last year, we did a fresh cut tree out here.
17:05 And while that was fun,
17:07 it reminded me of all the work it takes
17:10 to keep a fresh cut tree in an interior space very happy.
17:14 Like tons of water.
17:15 And it took so much water
17:16 and I had to come out here twice a day and check on it.
17:18 And that's a pain.
17:19 I don't really want to do that.
17:21 So end of Christmas season last year,
17:23 I knew I didn't want to have to do that this year.
17:25 So I bought a nice tree at a really good discount
17:28 right after Christmas.
17:30 So I've been hanging on to it.
17:31 We set it up real quick
17:32 just to make sure the lights were working last year,
17:34 like first week of January,
17:36 and then boxed it back up and it's been in the loft.
17:38 So I'm excited to bring that out
17:40 to see what it looks like in here.
17:41 Anyway, let's run to the barn.
17:43 In the meantime, while I'm walking over there,
17:45 let's show you guys what Paul did.
17:47 I know he set up a camera
17:49 while we were working on this project
17:51 and captured just the kind of the building process.
17:55 (upbeat music)
17:57 (upbeat music continues)
18:01 (upbeat music continues)
18:05 (upbeat music continues)
18:08 (upbeat music continues)
18:32 (upbeat music continues)
18:35 (upbeat music continues)
18:51 (upbeat music continues)
18:55 (upbeat music continues)
19:12 (upbeat music continues)
19:16 Okay.
19:34 Look what's staring at us right there.
19:35 That's next week's project.
19:37 Anyway, let's take a look.
19:40 38 degrees in there currently 75% humidity.
19:44 Oh yeah.
19:50 So this is the shelf he just built,
19:54 which I'm sure you just saw that.
19:56 The thing about that that's wonderful
19:59 is that he built these specifically
20:01 to hold two of our bulb crates.
20:04 This is how we store most of our dahlias,
20:06 well, all of our dahlias.
20:08 And now we can store butternut squash in those.
20:11 We've got onions in a lot of them.
20:13 We've got potatoes down here.
20:15 There's a crates of onions as well.
20:18 And there's still plenty of room for our stacks of baskets.
20:21 That's how we do a lot of our potatoes,
20:23 more onions right in here.
20:26 Oh, but this is what I'm most excited about.
20:28 So this is the first shelf he built right here.
20:30 Sorry, I can't back up any further
20:32 to get a real backed up shot.
20:35 But now we can do just two crates on top of each other.
20:39 And it's one, two, three, four, five, six, seven crates high
20:43 basically is what we can do.
20:45 And before we were stacking these crates
20:47 seven one on top of the other, just straight on the floor.
20:49 So when you needed something from that seventh crate
20:52 at the bottom, or when you were doing a check
20:54 on your dahlias during the winter,
20:56 it's a total pain 'cause you had to take
20:57 every single crate off to get to that bottom one.
21:01 And now it's gonna be so easy just to slide out
21:03 what you need and go for it.
21:06 Of course, we'll be organizing a little bit more.
21:08 Like once we get more dahlias in here at the greenhouse
21:10 is so full of tubers right now.
21:12 We're going through and just removing all the damaged ones
21:15 and prepping them.
21:16 I think that every last bit of this will be used
21:19 for dahlias as well.
21:21 So we'll reorganize a bit, but I'm just so thrilled.
21:24 And right on the floor here, we've got crates of shallots.
21:27 There's more onions.
21:28 And these are the dahlias we've already gotten
21:31 all packed up right here.
21:32 And you guys, this root cellar is roughly six by nine,
21:35 like six by nine right here.
21:39 So it's not huge.
21:40 And then we have an AC unit that has a cool bot
21:43 attached to it.
21:45 And that right there is what helps us
21:47 get the temperature low.
21:50 And then we have our fan going full blast
21:52 to keep the humidity down right now.
21:53 I also keep a small floor heater in here
21:56 and it's set on minimum thermostat.
21:58 So it will kick on if it gets close to,
22:02 there you go.
22:03 If it gets close to freezing in here
22:06 because of this flap being open to the outside,
22:09 it will kick on and just take the edge off.
22:11 It is not a foolproof or real easy system.
22:15 We're still trying to figure it out.
22:17 But the cool bot is the thing that overrides
22:19 the air conditioner, because I think that the air
22:21 conditioners that we can get here,
22:23 like the ones you can just pop in the wall like this one,
22:26 they have something to where you can't go below
22:29 a certain temperature,
22:30 but the cool bot allows you to do that somehow.
22:33 I don't know how it all works.
22:35 And somehow it's all connected to this thing right here.
22:37 So I can always see what's going on.
22:39 We've also been running a dehumidifier in here
22:42 to try to keep humidity levels in check.
22:44 You know, we never had humidity issues in this room
22:47 until we had the lights added in here.
22:49 See all the lights right here.
22:53 And then on the other side and up in the loft.
22:55 And so they had to turn off.
22:57 I mean, of course they had all the electric off in here
22:59 when they weren't getting those wired up.
23:01 And somehow it tripped something in that room
23:05 and it just like disconnected something.
23:07 We had to have them come back and kind of work on it.
23:09 And ever since then, I don't know,
23:10 it's like we had it just right on that fine line
23:12 between where it was working and where it wasn't working,
23:14 but it was doing okay.
23:15 And it just took that one project to kind of kick it into
23:18 like it doesn't know how to regulate itself.
23:20 So we're just trying different things out.
23:22 Thankfully it's kind of maintaining right now.
23:24 And I'm good with 75% humidity.
23:26 I would kind of rather it be like right around 60
23:30 if it was ideal,
23:32 but everything usually does pretty decently in there.
23:34 So huge shout out to Paul for building those shelves
23:37 because that is a game changer.
23:39 When you can have things be more efficient to use
23:43 and more pleasant to use, it makes everything nicer.
23:45 That leads me to one other update I wanna give you.
23:48 I remember that one of you guys recently asked me
23:51 if I had any regrets from any projects
23:54 that we have done in the past,
23:55 like would I have done it differently?
23:58 And I couldn't really think of anything.
23:59 I had to think of it for a while.
24:00 And then I did think of one thing
24:02 and it was that when we had the water,
24:04 the frost free hydrant run out here,
24:07 which we had a trench from here
24:09 all the way to the main wellhead,
24:11 which is over there kind of by the fireplace.
24:14 So the trench came out by the truck
24:15 and then straight down this way.
24:18 I regretted that we didn't ask them just to go ahead
24:20 and put another one right inside the greenhouse.
24:23 So close.
24:23 At the time, I don't know, I was new to projects.
24:26 I was new to anything like this.
24:28 And I just thought, oh, it's not a big deal.
24:29 I can just run a hose from inside the door
24:32 out to this frost free
24:33 when I need to use the water in the winter.
24:35 I won't need it all that often.
24:37 Need it like every day during seed starting season.
24:40 So Pedro and his crew came this week.
24:42 They had to hand dig the trench right here
24:45 because there's a gas line and an electric line
24:48 that run right by it.
24:49 They hand dug the trench into the greenhouse
24:51 and I have a frost free water source in here.
24:54 Okay, don't be scared by the amount of tubers.
24:58 Look at all those on that table.
25:00 They're all underneath the cloth and here.
25:04 But here's our water source now.
25:06 No hose has to be flopped out the door
25:08 because what I was having to do
25:10 is I had to have a hose link in here
25:12 and I would have a short hose that I could hook to this.
25:15 I'd run it out this door
25:16 and then I'd have to bungee this door closed.
25:19 So it would be open like two inches.
25:21 So the hose could get out.
25:22 And so all that cold air was pouring in
25:24 while I was trying to hurry and water.
25:26 And while you're trying to heat this structure,
25:28 it just feels so wrong and backward.
25:31 So this is wonderful.
25:32 And you guys, they did it in half a day, half a day.
25:37 And that whole problem, like all of the months of,
25:41 not hardship, but of the months of annoyance
25:44 of having to take a hose out in the snow
25:47 to that frost free is over.
25:49 I can't even believe it.
25:50 So couple of really awesome things
25:52 and all of that was going on
25:54 when all of us were kind of sick inside.
25:56 And it just made me so happy to know
25:58 it's gonna come out here
25:59 and those couple of things were gonna be better.
26:03 I love it.
26:03 Anyway, guys, that is it for today's video.
26:07 Super excited to have my amaryllis.
26:08 And I always feel like I'm a little bit late
26:10 to the game doing that because I've got other things.
26:12 Usually it's the dahlias and things like that
26:14 that are kind of on the forefront of my brain
26:16 or hurrying to get things planted outside.
26:19 So I'm glad that those are in and they can start to grow.
26:22 And it's always fun to have the kids out here
26:24 for as long as they want to be.
26:26 You see, I lost them there after a while
26:28 because they were tempted by some cookies inside.
26:31 Anyway, thank you guys so much for watching this video.
26:33 I hope you enjoyed it.
26:34 Hope you're having a great day
26:35 and we will see you in the next one.
