00:21 That's why the MMDA is now again targeting the living lanes or alternative routes in Metro Manila.

00:31 To help reduce traffic in EDSA, there should be no obstacles.

00:36 But when we passed some living lanes earlier,

00:40 there are parked vehicles that are the reason for the narrowing of traffic in the area.

00:46 MMDA reports.

00:49 They should not be surprised if every other day,

00:53 someone will be turning to them to catch a living vehicle.

00:59 The fine for illegal parking with a driver is P1,000.

01:04 The unattended illegal parking vehicles will be fined P2,000.

01:09 Two team-sitters, one in the morning and one in the afternoon,

01:12 they need to at least ten areas of their district to turn and issue citation tickets to illegal parking along Mabuhay Lane.
