00:27 not taking any risks and not taking any downfield shots.

00:31 And do all that, just get out of there with a W.

00:35 They could do that against Stanford, but that doesn't make you better.

00:37 So if you are gonna go out there and run for 280, 300 yards,

00:40 it needs to be part of like we talked about last week.

00:43 You're just gosh, guys, we're going at that, we're aggressive,

00:46 we're throwing the ball, but we're just dominating them on the ground.

00:50 So let's keep doing that.

00:51 That's part of getting better, because you're doing it within the framework of

00:56 building on who your football team is, which is a team that is working on getting

01:00 the football to different guys in different ways.

01:03 This does have an aggressive posture,

01:05 because what we're not saying is that being aggressive means not running.

01:11 What we're saying is you just got to play 12 and 13 personnel and

01:13 play bully ball all day and limit possessions and just get out of there with

01:17 a win, that's not what we're talking about.

01:20 We're talking about be aggressive, be on the attack.

01:23 Because the past game was really working against Wake Forest.

01:27 And so they leaned into it, in my opinion.

01:30 They came out early running a lot of RPOs, running the football, and

01:33 Wake was just saying, hey, we're gonna dare you to beat us on the football.

01:37 And for the first time in a while Notre Dame said bet, and they went out and

01:41 did it.

01:42 And did it with a well designed game plan,

01:44 not just our guys are better than your guys.
