00:08 The Anti-Graft Court finds the former Dato'n Sai town mayor guilty of graft related to
00:12 anomalous procurement and ghost delivery of fuel for infrastructure projects in Maguindanao
00:17 in 2008.
00:18 Ampatuan is sentenced to up to 10 years of imprisonment for each count, with perpetual
00:23 disqualification from holding public post.
00:26 The former mayor is also ordered to pay the Maguindanao province P44.18 million subject
00:32 to 6% annual interest until paid in full.
00:36 The Sandigan Bayan's verdict came on the 14th year of the commemoration of the Ampatuan
00:40 massacre where 58 people were killed, including 32 journalists.
00:44 Andal, along with his brothers Zaldi and Anwar Jr., were found guilty of 57 counts of murder
00:50 over the gruesome massacre.
