00:00 Good morning to all. Today is Saturday, November 25, 2023.
00:06 This is the time for the whole day and for the next few days.
00:11 At the moment, the shear line is still running.
00:16 This is the northern part of Southern Luzon.
00:18 The shear line is the result of the cold wind from the Amihan winds
00:22 and the hot wind from the Easterlees or the wind from the Pacific Ocean.
00:27 This is the reason for the whole of the clouds in the northern part of Southern Luzon.
00:32 This morning, the shear line is still running in the northern part of Luzon,
00:38 especially in the West Philippine Sea.
00:40 The clouds are also present in Bicol Region, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, and Romblon.
00:47 The Amihan winds are still affecting the southern part of Luzon
00:53 and the Easterlees are still affecting the eastern part of Visayas and Mindanao.
00:59 As early as this morning, there are also clouds in the southern Mindanao area.
01:04 But we cannot see the possibility of these clouds being low pressure areas.
01:10 So for the next few days, the chance of LPA or storm inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility is still low.
01:19 Even though this morning, these clouds will bring rain in some parts of the southern Mindanao,
01:25 particularly in Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi, as well as in the southern portion of Palawan.
01:31 And for the weather conditions in Kalakhang Luzon,
01:37 we expect that the Amihan winds will continue to flow in the northern Luzon.
01:41 This will bring cloudy skies with weak rain or thunderstorms
01:45 in the Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and Aurora.
01:50 And for the northern part of Luzon, as well as the central and southern parts,
01:55 we expect that the clouds will continue to flow in the southern part of Luzon,
01:59 with weak rain or thunderstorms, including Metro Manila.
02:03 And for the parts of Quezon, Laguna, and Bicol Region,
02:08 we expect that the clouds will continue to flow in the southern part of Luzon,
02:12 with weak rain or thunderstorms, including the shoreline.
02:15 And for the northern part of Mimaropa, we expect that the localized thunderstorms
02:20 will continue to flow in the Marinduque, Romblon, and Oriental Mindoro regions,
02:25 due to the axis of the shoreline.
02:28 The temperature in the area is 23 to 32 degrees Celsius.
02:33 In Garawa, it is 23 to 27 degrees.
02:36 In Baguio City, it is 15 to 25 degrees.
02:38 In Metro Manila, it is 24 to 31 degrees.
02:40 In Tagaytay, it is 22 to 30 degrees.
02:42 In Legazpi, it is 25 to 32 degrees.
02:45 And in Puerto Princesa and Calayaan Islands, it is 26 to 33 degrees Celsius.
02:51 And for the time being in Calacang Visayas and Mindanao,
02:57 we expect that the clouds will continue to flow in the southern part of Luzon,
03:01 with weak rain or thunderstorms, including the shoreline.
03:07 The temperature in Iloilo, Metro Cebu, and Tacloban is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.
03:13 In Cagayan de Oro, it is 24 to 32 degrees.
03:16 In Metro Davao, it is 25 to 33 degrees.
03:19 And in Zamboanga City, it is 24 to 34 degrees Celsius.
03:23 And for the location of our ocean,
03:27 we still have a high-level gale warning for the northern parts of Luzon
03:31 due to the recent windstorm.
03:33 And this is high in the bay of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Batanes, Cagayan,
03:39 along with the Baboyan Islands and Isabela.
03:42 To the bay people, as much as possible,
03:44 do not go out to the sea because of the high waves caused by the windstorm.
03:52 Also, be careful of all the people of Luzon
03:56 because it is still possible to experience the heat
03:58 due to the high waves caused by the windstorm.
04:01 And for our 3-day weather outlook,
04:06 starting tomorrow, Sunday, and Tuesday,
04:09 we expect generally fair weather conditions in most of our country.
04:14 And the wind will slowly ease up on Monday.
04:17 Here in Baguio City, it is possible for thunderstorms to occur
04:20 due to the easing of the windstorm
04:22 which could affect the extreme northern Luzon by Monday.
04:26 But when Tuesday comes, there will be a new wave of wind
04:32 which could reach the northern Luzon area.
04:36 The temperature in Metro Manila is 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.
04:40 In Baguio City, it is 16 to 26.
04:43 Here in Legazpi, the temperature is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.
04:49 Metro Cebu, 26 to 33.
04:51 And here in Metro Davao, it is 25 to 34 degrees Celsius.
04:56 And for our sunrise, it is 6 o'clock in the morning.
05:02 And for sunset, it is 5 to 24 in the evening.
