00:00 Josh, I guess just this overall experience
00:03 being thrust into the starting line of playing
00:05 quality competition, I guess if you could reflect on it,
00:08 just what's it been like for you this season?
00:10 Yeah, I feel like--
00:11 sorry, I lost my voice.
00:13 I feel like I've gotten a lot better just over the last six
00:16 games.
00:17 And I feel like I've grown in so many areas.
00:20 And experience is one of those things
00:22 you just have to go through some stuff to get it.
00:23 And I feel like we definitely went through some stuff
00:25 these last couple of games and just some adversity.
00:28 And so it's definitely something that we can build off of.
00:32 And I'm proud of our guys for continuing to fight
00:35 no matter what.
00:35 And we were down 42 to 16.
00:37 And we came back and made it a game
00:39 there in the third quarter.
00:40 So it just says a lot about who we are.
00:44 Another week, somebody had a career day
00:46 or was wildly saving on an out JoJo.
00:49 Just what does it mean when you're
00:50 able to help your teammates have that type of success?
00:52 You know how many JoJo had?
00:54 Four catch and 94 on touchdown.
00:56 Yeah, he made some unbelievable catches.
00:58 And so JoJo has just moved outside receiver
01:00 like a week ago.
01:01 So it's not like he's been out there forever.
01:03 It shows you how selfless he is.
01:05 He's willing to play other positions
01:06 because guys are hurt.
01:07 And he stepped up and made big plays today.
01:10 He had a huge play on a dig route, made a diving catch.
01:15 And then he ran a great route on a post
01:17 and was open in the back of the end zone,
01:19 found a hole back there.
01:21 And so he did a great job today.
01:23 And I'm proud of him for just who
01:24 he is as a person and a player.
01:25 You guys came up on the losing end with 45 points,
01:28 the most the OU's given up this year.
01:31 Can you just talk about the way you guys finished
01:33 the season as an offense?
01:36 Yeah, I mean, I'm not much into moral victories.
01:39 And I don't mean that in a negative way.
01:42 But I just-- obviously, a loss is a loss.
01:45 But you can't look at it in different aspects.
01:48 And we did have some offensive success today.
01:50 We had some things that we didn't do very well on.
01:52 And so you can always build off of that
01:55 and always use that going forward.
01:57 And yeah, you can turn the tape on
01:58 and see some really good things.
01:59 You can turn the tape on and see some things
02:01 that probably aren't so good.
02:02 So I think we can build off of this.
02:04 And they're a great team.
02:07 And you have to give credit to them.
02:08 We'll go one more question.
02:10 What was Coach Dyke's message to the team
02:12 that walked in the back of the room?
02:13 He just told us he was obviously not happy with the season,
02:17 the way it ended, and the way we did.
02:19 But he was proud of us as people and proud of our team
02:21 just to continue to fight, continue
02:23 to show that no matter what, that we just kept fighting
02:25 and kept scrapping.
02:26 And we had guys playing hurt all year and just guys
02:30 stepping up over and over again and making big plays.
02:33 I mean, how many times were we down at halftime this year
02:35 in the last couple games and come back and made a game out
02:38 of it?
02:38 So I mean, Texas, Texas Tech, and then this one.
02:41 So it just shows a lot about who these people are.
02:44 And that's why we're going to get it right.
02:45 We're going to get it fixed.
02:47 And I have 100% confidence that we're
02:49 going to go into this offseason and we're
02:50 going to fix the thing that needs to be fixed.
02:52 And I'm going to do a great job being a leader
02:54 and holding you guys accountable.
02:55 And we're going to get it fixed.
02:57 So I mean, that's a guarantee.
02:59 So I know it's going to happen.
