00:11 It's welcome and encouraging news that the Office for National Statistics did say that
00:15 they see signs that the levels of migration are already slowing.
00:18 We have taken significant action already but we're prepared to do more.
00:23 So one example I can give you is we're clamping down on the number of dependents that people
00:27 who are students coming here can bring.
00:29 That will impact over 150,000 student dependents.
00:33 As I've said I've already brought into force the single biggest measure that anyone's ever
00:38 taken to bring down legal migration and I'll do what's necessary to get it down.
