00:19 But first of all, let's talk about you guys at Scottsdale Collision Center
00:23 Give me a little background on who you guys are and what you do. So we started the shop about five years ago
00:27 We're independently owned. We decided to try to do the right thing with for our customers and for the car
00:32 So we have no financial gains with any companies on
00:35 No contracts for any financial gain with any companies how we fix your car. So we are completely independent
00:41 We follow OEM rules and now we have three locations in the valley
00:44 So we're very lucky to have a location in Scottsdale Tempe and our newest location now in Phoenix. Okay, so so
00:50 Tell me as someone who's you know
00:52 A little bit of a novice when it comes to like collision car work and things like that. You say you're independent
00:58 What does that mean exactly for the consumer coming in to work with you?
01:01 That means that we don't follow the instructions of the insurance company on how we fix your car to save them money

01:07 So we negotiate with the insurance company on the right things to do on how to repair your vehicle back to pre-collision status

01:14 So you're not doing what the big guys upstairs tell you to do
01:17 You're doing what you know, the car needs to get it back to the right status and to make it look really beautiful for your
01:23 Customers again. Yes, correct. Okay, that's really cool. And you guys are family owned. Is that correct?
01:27 We are family-owned really cool family-owned right here in the valley
01:30 Three locations and you're helping us out this year with the here hometown heroes toy drive
01:34 So tell me a little bit about why you decided to kind of jump in and get your feet wet over there
01:39 well
01:39 we're lucky and
01:40 To be here and we're lucky because our clients take care of us and now it's our time to take care of them
01:45 We do have some employees that are
01:47 Veterans and we would like to take care of them. So now that we've been blessed with three locations
01:51 We are able to help out and give back to the community just like they've been doing to us
01:56 Yeah, that's really really cool. And what does it mean to you guys?
01:59 I mean, I know you say you have some customers who are vets and it's just something that's that's close to your heart
02:04 But what does it mean to you as this is your first year? What does it mean to you to kind of be involved?
02:09 Well, we're really excited to give back. I mean, it's good. It's the holiday season
02:12 It's there's a lot of people that don't they're they're not blessed and just because we've been so blessed with what we have
02:16 It's we believe in karma
02:18 So it's really good to give back to them just like they've been given to us and like I said
02:21 Some of our employees are vets and you know
02:23 Knowing how much they've gone through and everything that they've done for us. It's time for us to do a little bit something for them
02:29 No, that's really really great. Yeah, and so you have there are three locations here in the valley any more
02:34 Coming around. Yeah, so actually we you know, we just had a meeting
02:38 We our third location has been open for six months that one's at capacity now
02:42 So we're all in the East Valley and central Phoenix
02:45 So the talks is to move to the West Valley so we can really get take care of all our customers throughout the whole entire
02:50 Valley, so our goal is not to only be proud to be local and be from Arizona
02:56 But be able to service our clientele throughout the valley without them having to travel all across town. Yeah, I love that
03:01 No, that's really great. Well, I'm in the the North Valley
03:04 So as long as you know because they're on the west side or on the east side I could come out to you in case
03:09 They ever need you totally
03:11 Alright, well tell everybody where they can find you
03:13 So if ever they do need to get something done on their car, they can come out and work with you guys
03:17 So the best thing you can do is we make it very easy for you guys
03:19 You know, everybody's got a very very busy life
03:21 So one of the things we do is you can find us online any social media outlets
03:25 but the most important thing if you do need an estimate what we can do is
03:28 You can email us an estimate a couple pictures of your car your VIN and then you can have an estimate within 48 hours
03:34 You can send that to Scottsdale collision or estimates at Scottsdale collision AZ calm. I love it
