00:00 Good morning, Redmond Rosa from the Manila Times.
00:02 How is the partnership between DepEd and GoNegosia happen?
00:06 And when it led to the signing last Monday?
00:09 Well, actually, I myself am surprised.
00:14 I think with VP Sara and us, the relationship was a perfect match.
00:24 And VP Sara knows that we've been quite sincere in our efforts because we want to help small businessmen.
00:36 Especially in her area, DepEd, we need to give good mentors.
00:45 In teaching entrepreneurship, you really have to get somebody not just knowing the textbook, an actual entrepreneur.
00:56 And that's the advantage of GoNegosia.
01:00 Over a thousand entrepreneurs, even here in agriculture, she requested if we can inspire the children of K-12 to love agriculture.
01:13 So, this gardening program that we will work with them on basically fruits and vegetables.
01:21 Our big brothers here in Kapadilagat, all of them are here.
01:26 There's an entrepreneur there, his name is Toto Barcelon.
01:30 He will be helping in this area.
01:32 And almost all of our big brothers, they're all over the Philippines.
01:36 Christian Moller here is in Palawan.
01:38 You've got James Amparo, close to about 60 of them.
01:43 And they're all willing to help.
01:46 The Vice President really encouraged our next generation to look at agriculture positively.
