00:04 The cold North-East Monsoon is still raging here in Northern Luzon,

00:09 which is also bringing strong rains, especially here in the extreme northern portion.

00:14 While in the remaining part of our country, we still have Easter Leaves or the wind from the Pacific Ocean

00:20 which brings a little hot temperature plus rain.

00:25 Meanwhile, in the next few days, we will not see a storm that will enter our Philippine area for responsibility.

00:31 For today, the rain is still expected here in Batanes and Cagayan provinces,

00:37 like the North-East Monsoon, which is light to moderate with at times heavy rains.

00:41 So be careful with possible floods and landslides.

00:45 While in the rest of Cagayan Valley, a large part of Cordillera plus Ilocos region,

00:51 we still have weather conditions, partly cloudy, until cloudy skies,

00:55 which is accompanied by short, weak rains.

00:58 In the Eastern sections of the northern part of Luzon, here in Aurora, below Quezon,

01:04 and here in Bicol region, we expect dark weather, especially here in Aurora, in the morning only.

01:10 And then by the afternoon, it will be raining here in the Bicol region, because of the Easter Leaves.

01:17 Light to moderate with at times heavy rains, so it is possible for floods and landslides to occur there.

01:22 Meanwhile, in the rest of Luzon, including Metro Manila,

01:26 the cloudy skies will continue for most of the day, accompanied by short rains or lightning and thunder.

01:34 Temperatures in Metro Manila are 23 to 31 degrees Celsius, while in Baguio, it is 16 to 26 degrees Celsius.

01:43 To our fellowmen here in the Eastern Visayas, especially in the Northern and Eastern Samar,

01:48 bring an umbrella if you are going out of your house, because the rain is expected to reach the tip of the Easter Leaves.

01:54 This can be strong, so be careful of possible floods and landslides.

01:59 But for the rest of the day, especially from afternoon to night, the rain will be reduced.

02:04 Here in the Western and Central portions of Visayas,

02:08 the cloudy and sometimes sunny skies are accompanied by short rains,

02:13 especially here in Mea Clan, Capiz, Northern Iloilo, and Northern Cebu,

02:17 before noon and when it reaches the remaining portion of Visayas,

02:21 the chances of short rains are high in the afternoon and night.

02:25 For our fellowmen in Mindanao, the most likely to rain are the Dinagat Islands and Surigao provinces,

02:31 because of the Easter Leaves.

02:34 There are chances of rain and thunderstorms in the morning, but it will be reduced when it reaches the evening and night.

02:39 But for the rest of Mindanao, the sky is partly cloudy and sometimes sunny throughout the day.

02:44 The chances of afternoon thunderstorms over Zamboanga Peninsula and other Samoro regions are high.

02:50 And we remind our fellowmen here in the Ikaraga region that experienced a landslide yesterday,

02:56 it is also possible that landslides will occur or the shake that happened yesterday.

03:03 For now, we have a flooding of the northern zone, but it is not qualified as a gale warning.

03:09 Sometimes, we have a flooding of 3.7 meters or more,

03:14 and it is still in the middle of the island, so it is still dangerous for small sea vehicles.

03:18 But for the rest of our country, the seaboards facing the Pacific Ocean,

03:23 it is moderate seas, or the waves are 2 meters high.

03:26 While in the remaining parts of our country, in the central and western portions,

03:32 the waves are still high.

03:33 And in the coming days, the chances of a gale warning are still low.

03:38 In the middle of this region, the easterly will still be in the majority of the country,

03:43 and only a part of the northern zone will have the effect of the northeast monsoon.

03:48 So, the hot part of the temperature will be in the easterly, plus the rain in the eastern portions.

03:53 Here in Metro Manila, Tuesday to Thursday, the weather conditions will be almost the same.

03:59 It will be cloudy in the morning, but by the afternoon, it will be cloudy again.

04:05 And it will be accompanied by a few showers, and that will be the end of the easterly.

04:09 For our fellowmen who will be walking around Baguio City for the middle of this week,

04:14 expect that it will be sunny in the morning, and it will be accompanied by a warm afternoon,

04:19 with only 26 degrees Celsius.

04:21 There are also chances of isolated rain showers by the afternoon,

04:25 so it will not last for more than 1 to 2 hours.

04:29 For our fellowmen in Bicol Region, expect that it will be cloudy and sunny tomorrow,

04:34 compared to today, where there will be less rain in the next 3 days,

04:39 except for Wednesday afternoon.

04:42 For our fellowmen in Ixon and Dina, over Metro Cebu and even Eastern Visayas,

04:46 and a large portion of Central Visayas,

04:48 it will be cloudy until tomorrow,

04:51 and by Wednesday, there are high chances of rain there,

04:55 with a few showers, especially in the afternoon, until the evening.

04:58 And then on Thursday, there will be less rain,

05:01 and there will be localized thunderstorms by the afternoon.

05:04 And lastly, for our fellowmen in Ixon and Dina, over Metro Davao,

05:08 a large portion of Davao Region plus Caraga Region,

05:11 because of the Easterlies, there are high chances of rain by Wednesday,

05:15 so if houses will be leaving, there will be showers, and sometimes it will be heavy rain there.

05:19 But Tuesday and Thursday, it's partly cloudy to cloudy skies,

05:24 with localized thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon.

05:26 The sun will rise at 6.07 in the morning,

05:29 and it will set at 5.25 in the afternoon.
