01:24 wherein you had automatic qualification,

01:29 and then some semblance of representation
01:33 for the group of five schools,
01:35 and then perhaps some at large.
01:37 If you'd had at least that from the very beginning,
01:40 which was the obvious and easy solution
01:42 all the way back in 2013, 2014, when this was set up,
