00:09 The resolution calls for the cancellation of the deadline for consolidation or joining of the PUVs in cooperatives on December 31.
00:17 According to Makabayan Block, the effect of modernization is harmful to the livelihood of small PUV operators and drivers.
00:26 When some groups stopped working in November, Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista
00:32 announced that consolidation of the PUVs is non-negotiable.
00:36 According to the Land Transportation, Franchising and Regulatory Board,
00:40 the branch of PUV drivers and operators will not be able to comply with the regulations until December 31.
