A woman has created the world’s most expensive gingerbread house – worth £6.3m and decorated with diamonds.
Debbie Wingham, 41, made the Dolce Gabbana inspired gingerbread from 15kg of flour and 17 kilos of sugar.
The designer and food artist spent two weeks crafting the confessionary which featured edible rice paper clothes inside.
To top it off four diamonds were presented in the gingerbread – and the creation was used for a proposal.
The newly-engaged couple will be using the diamonds to create their own ring.
