00:03 We've had a ton of success here throughout the course of

00:08 the two and a half or three years that we've been here.

00:11 And I think Nick gave a great message at that point in 2021,

00:16 we were two and five and he talked about doubling down on our process and

00:22 sticking true to what we believe.

00:24 And I think that's very, very important.

00:26 I think that's a very important lesson to take.

00:29 When you're in a process driven profession, but

00:33 it's really ultimately results based.

00:35 And when the results don't necessarily match your process for

00:40 two weeks in a row, you still need to evaluate and you still need to try to find

00:46 new and creative ways to do things and put the guys in the best spots to

00:51 go out there and execute the plan each and every week.

00:56 And so I think to answer your question, just like it is definitely a balance.

01:01 And cuz we know what we have and we know what guys do really, really well.

01:06 And guys have done some of that stuff really, really well.

01:10 And we gotta continue to do that.

01:13 We gotta continue to compliment it and put them in the best spots to be successful.
