00:12 This is Bagyong Kabayan, which became a low-pressure area yesterday around 2.30pm.

00:20 The low-pressure area reached its peak at a distance of 290 km to the south of Zamboanga City in Mindanao.

00:30 Based on our latest data, the chance of this area to grow again and become a new town is low.

00:39 But this will still be monitored in the coming days.

00:42 Based on our latest data, the possibility of this low-pressure area to grow again is here in the southern part of Palawan.

00:53 Meanwhile, the continued flow of the northeast monsoon or the cold wind will still bring weak rains,

01:00 particularly in the parts of Cagayan Valley and Cordillera.

01:03 While the shoreline, the boundary of the cold wind and the easterly winds from the Pacific Ocean,

01:13 we expect that it will bring particular rains in the Bicol region and in the parts of Aurora and Quezon.

04:58 In Binagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Davao Oriental.

05:07 we expect that the sea will still be high,

05:10 possibly up to 4 meters high, or 4.5.

05:14 That's why it's still dangerous to sail,

05:16 especially the small sea vehicles and small boats.
