Vice President Sara Duterte, in her Christmas Message as President of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Council, urged fellow ministers to strengthen collaborations to pursue improved outcomes and innovative teaching strategies that are responsive to the needs of the region's academic communities.
