A rare session of classical improvisation on the Urban-Kreutzbach-organ [1848/49] in an interdisciplinary and realtime context with live-painting took place on 12th of July 2023 in Borna near Leipzig [Saxony] at church St. Marien.
Given the circumstances definded by room and instrument, acoustic communication is a fact, then what about visuals? The original plan was covered by 60 metres of cable and a monitor, but cantor Jens Staude actually just used his rearview like he always does and asserted that he even could see the white drip on the white canvas... a huge projection in front of the altar made it possible, as you can see in the full version of the video:
