00:00 >> It's just me personally, just going into the game with mentality,
00:04 especially the game before, like the big game we're about to have.
00:06 So I just understand aggressive and
00:09 making sure my mentality is just attacking offensive guys, defensive guys,
00:12 just being active.
00:13 >> You guys still come to 32% from the 40 points,
00:16 that's the second lowest game this team's ever had against defensively.
00:20 What was working for you guys?
00:22 >> No middle, you know, you've been stressing that since the Nevada Clips
00:25 loss, you guys probably lost both those games.
00:27 So just stressing a little bit, but we're getting to Nevada,
00:31 we're getting to where we want to go.
00:33 >> How's it been for you,
00:33 like these last couple games you've been in the starting lineup,
00:35 I guess how's it been to kind of finally roll when you've been playing starting?
00:39 >> It's a lot easier just because pretty much all of us,
00:42 where we all came from, was starting and playing off the men.
00:45 So just coming in here, you take a little less of a roll to win.
00:49 So it's been good.
00:50 It's been a win or not, it really just depends on the roll.
00:54 >> All right, now the non-conference,
00:55 what do you think you guys kind of just learned about yourselves so
00:59 far in the first 13, 14 games?
01:00 >> I would say first and foremost, we have guys that can score.
01:05 That's something I definitely say, our problem is you never score.
01:10 Problem is always gonna be on the defensive end.
01:11 So just for me personally, my message to the team is just, good luck in the
01:14 defensive league, upcoming conference games, man, it's gonna be tough to handle.
01:18 You know what I'm saying?
01:19 We're gonna get out of the transition school, we're gonna score ourselves,
01:22 offense is gonna come to us.
01:22 But all we gotta do is just stay focused on defense, stay solid,
01:25 stay disciplined, and we'll be all right.
01:27 >> First game against Kansas is obviously where you're coming from.
01:30 Does that add any extra to the game for you?
01:34 >> Definitely.
01:35 I will say it's gonna be an exciting game.
01:37 I came with the player.
01:39 And it's gonna be interesting.
01:40 I can't say I'm unprepared, I'm ready.
01:43 >> I'll tell you, I imagine you came to TSU to play at games like at Kansas,
01:47 those type of teams.
01:48 How much are you looking forward to it again?
01:49 >> I just wanna win those games again, that's what I did.
01:55 That's why I came here, just to win, try to win the National Championship.
01:58 So those games, no matter what happens, I'll see you at camp.
02:01 >> Any other questions?
02:04 >> Yeah.
02:04 >> Okay, good.
02:05 >> Yeah, appreciate you guys.
02:06 >> Appreciate it.
