00:06 The Department of Budget and Management or DBM clarified the P449.5 billion unprogrammed appropriations under the 2024 National Budget.
00:18 DBM clarified that it will serve as a standby fund for the government's unexpected spending and prioritize the important projects and programs for 2024.
00:32 They also did not automatically plan this and need to go through the necessary documentary requirements and conditions before the agencies can use it.
