NATO braced for war as defence boss tells civilians to prepare for possibility of conscription

'We are preparing for war with Russia'. That's according to Chairman of NATO's military committee Admiral Rob Bauer, who said the next two decades could bring conflict and urged both civilians and governments to prepare for all out war with Vladimir Putin's regime and even potential conscription. 00:36 Dutch military boss issuing this warning to reporters, urging governments and civilians
00:41 to be prepared for a war with Russia in the next 20 years.
00:44 He said conflict would result in wholesale change in the lives of everyday people, adding
00:48 that civilians will need to be mobilized in the event of global conflict and that governments
00:52 must ensure we are war-ready.
