00:06 of Pendle Hill in Aitken Wood. It's an area of outstanding natural beauty, steeped in

00:13 history with tales of the Pendle Witches that were hanged over 400 years ago.

00:22 On the trail you'll find bats, stone witches, mythical creatures and marvellous sculptures

00:39 The trials of the Pendle Witches in 1612 are among the most famous witch trials in English

00:44 history. The 12 accused were charged with the murders of 10 people by the use of witch
