00:00 I have to start with another fact of the use of terrorist methods by the Kiev regime.
00:10 On the morning of January 24, Moscow time, a terrorist act was committed,
00:18 as a result of which a Russian transport plane IL-76 was shot down in the Belgorod region,
00:30 which was carrying 65 Ukrainian military personnel, accompanied by three Russian officers and a crew of six.
00:47 All of them were killed.
00:49 Ukrainian prisoners of war were taken to the Belgorod region in order to carry out another exchange agreed between Moscow and Kiev.
01:00 Instead of this exchange, the Ukrainian side fired anti-aircraft missiles from the Kharkov region,
01:10 which resulted in a fatal blow to the plane.
01:15 We have already requested an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council at 15.00 New York time.
01:27 We hope that the French Presidency will fulfill its duties and will hold such a meeting as soon as possible.
01:39 The 700th day of this war is a very difficult day.
01:45 The first day of the war called for a moderate, calm, whispered, calm and small talk about the situation with the plane and the exchange.
01:53 It is obvious that the Russians are playing with the lives of Ukrainian prisoners of war, with the feelings of their families and with the emotions of our society.
01:59 We need to establish all the facts as clearly as possible,
02:04 because the plane crashed in the Russian territory, which is out of our control.
02:09 The facts are the main thing.
02:11 The Head of the Committee and the General Staff have listened to the use of air forces.
02:15 The HUR is investigating the fate of all prisoners of war.
02:19 The Security Service of Ukraine is investigating all the circumstances.
02:23 I gave an order to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to inform partners about the available data in Ukraine.
02:29 Our state will rely on international investigation.
