00:00 Good morning, it's Steph at the Doncaster Free Press and it's Wednesday January the 31st.
00:06 It feels like the longest month ever.
00:08 Just bringing you some headlines today.
00:11 First up, a piece we put out yesterday afternoon.
00:14 This follows a piece I did last week regarding the future of the Grand Theatre in Doncaster.
00:21 Obviously it's been stood empty for quite some time, the former theatre and bingo hall.
00:25 It has made its way onto the at-risk register again.
00:32 There is a Grand Theatre group asking people to come forward to help out to secure its future.
00:40 But there is a story, including information on both of those, up there this morning for you.
00:46 Then we have a police appeal following the incident which saw a woman in a critical life-threatening condition
00:55 following a crash between two vans.
00:57 A man has been arrested and we'll follow that story and bring you more as we get it.
01:05 Then also what we have is video footage. Police tried to stop a vehicle and filmed a man who didn't stop.
01:19 Eventually he was made to stop and he tried to get away by climbing over the bonnet of the police car.
01:25 He didn't get very far. He was detained. He was found to have some drugs on his possession and will be dealt with accordingly.
01:32 There's lots more on the website this morning for you.
01:36 So check those three stories out and for anything else that's happening,
01:40 don't forget you can also check into our Twitter feed and also Facebook where we'll keep posting all day for you.
01:47 So have a nice Wednesday.
