00:10 I'm currently sat outside the Ashford Arms, Ashford in the Water, just outside Bakewell.
00:15 This is our third project and we're so, so excited about it.
00:19 Working with Heineken, we're going to be doing £1.5 million refurbishments
00:25 over the ground floor area and the nine letting bedrooms here.
00:30 What we're going to do is we're going to bring the heritage and the history of this 18th century building
00:35 with a contemporary edge, enjoyed by locals, tourists and everyone else.
00:40 We're going to be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner using our local suppliers
00:45 for both food and drink and employing 45 local people.
