00:00So we're Plate and Pallet. It's a family-run business and it's run by Hilil, who's the head chef.

00:09Myself, who sort of helps out and manages the back end of the business, sort of the administration, stuff like that.

00:17Then you've got Pam, who is the front of the house and also my mother.

00:21And then you have my partner as well, who also helps out with the business.

00:26Yeah, based on the old all in and out, just recently opened, early September reopened.

00:33And yeah, things have been moving really fast and things are picking up.

00:38I have been cooking for other people for over decades and now it's my turn to shine.

00:44We are trying to do all around the world different cuisines and we bring specials every weekly

00:50so people can taste all around the world different cuisines.

00:53But we try to bring that British top grub, but with a bit of a delicate twist on it.

01:00Me, personally, I haven't had a background. By trade, I'm an accountant.

01:06But it's sort of relying on the experience that Hilil has in order to sort of run the business.

01:12Yes, I have a background. I've done tourism hotel management and I've done culinary art.

01:18So I've been cooking over 15 years. I work around the world.

01:22I work around the UK, quite a lot of places. So yes, I have a lot of background.
