00:24 So, and that's what we do.
00:27 The best person, it's a meritocratic approach in terms of
00:31 the best is gonna be the best, the best is gonna be number one.

00:37 And I think our players understand that.
00:39 And I think our players respect that.
00:41 Me and Dan are always honest about that.
00:43 When we first got here, everybody was wondering how long this was gonna take.
00:48 How long is this gonna build gonna be?
00:50 And I remember I used the word retooled.
00:54 I got killed.
00:55 Cuz I probably should have used the word rebuild, but still wondering how long
00:59 the build's gonna take, and I never wanna put a time stamp on it or
01:03 an anchor, a time anchor on it because I said, look, we're just gonna do our job,
01:07 roll our sleeves up, and work to improve every single day.
01:10 And that's what we did.
01:12 So, it's hard for me to say, yeah, we are ahead of schedule,
01:17 because I don't know what that time,
01:19 that original time stamp should have been in the first place.
01:22 But I do know we love where we are at, and
01:25 I believe we are at where exactly we're supposed to be.
