00:19 And to meet the market demand, sell fish sounds, improve tradition, and add ingredients
00:23 Gradually evolved into the current fishing sound
00:25 Lu Chengji restaurant was therefore designated as the first in the world to produce Maxin's colorful fish sounds
00:29 The origin of fishing sound also aroused controversy between the two countries
00:32 In 2012, four famous Singaporean chefs claimed

00:38 Lu Zhenfa's son, Lu Zhizhou, father of Lu Zhaofu, said

00:48 But it can be confirmed that Lu Chengji is indeed the first restaurant in Sanzhou to improve the taste of fish sound
