00:00 Alrighty, welcome back to Frog Fever.
00:08 I think this is episode 14 of Frog Fever, a Big 12 basketball podcast brought to you
00:13 by KillerFrogs.com.
00:16 We've got another good episode on the way.
00:19 We have, of course, we have what we usually do.
00:22 We talk Big 12 basketball, we talk TCU basketball, but after both of those things, we have Micah
00:28 Robinson on, who is the third highest ranked recruit in TCU history.
00:33 He comes on and he talks about his recruiting process, TCU season, all that good stuff.
00:41 So it's a good episode once again, but Nick, how are you doing?
00:44 How do you feel?
00:45 I'm good, man.
00:46 Yeah, TCU lost and we'll get into that, which kind of sucks, but you know, another great
00:50 episode.
00:51 Micah was a great conversation with him.
00:54 Shout out to him coming on.
00:56 That's huge, finding time in his day to come on because he is a big time prospect.
01:01 And shout out to him too.
01:03 He balled out yesterday at Oak Hill, got a big win.
01:05 I saw he had a big weekend.
01:07 Yeah, he's like the best player on Oak Hill and Oak Hill is one of the best high schools
01:11 in the nation.
01:12 So he's pretty big time and Frog fans will be excited about this one.
01:15 Yeah, for sure.
01:16 That was fun to have him on and kind of hear about like the behind the scenes of the recruiting
01:21 stuff.
01:22 But before we get into like the basketball stuff, I have to ask you, and I'll get your
01:26 official prediction later on, but it's a big day for you.
01:30 Today's Sunday.
01:31 It is a big Sunday.
01:34 This will be out after the Super Bowl.
01:36 But what are your feelings?
01:38 How are you feeling?
01:39 Nerves?
01:40 I've never been in your position before, so I'm just curious.
01:43 Yeah, it's my third.
01:44 It's my third time doing it.
01:46 I mean, I was a kid the first one.
01:49 Lights went out, Ravens.
01:50 Yeah, that whole thing.
01:51 That sucked.
01:52 And then that was in 2019.
01:54 Oh, no, I think it was in NOLA.
01:57 Oh, that was in NOLA.
01:59 Yeah.
02:00 And then 2019, if Emmanuel Sanders was faster, that was a dot by Jimmy G. I'll stand by that.
02:09 But yeah, it's third time doing it.
02:12 I'm confident.
02:13 I'm really confident.
02:14 You know, obviously Pat Mahomes on the other side, but big, big, big C. Brock's gonna gonna
02:21 whip that out there.
02:22 Yeah.
02:23 God, it's gonna be close.
02:25 I'm nervous, but I think we'll pull it out.
02:29 I think this is the year.
02:30 We've been so close.
02:31 NFC chip, you know, the drop pick a couple years ago and then last year when we just
02:36 didn't have a quarterback.
02:37 But now I'm high for it.
02:40 I think we'll pull it out.
02:41 Well, living where I live in Missouri, so there's Chiefs fans all around me, and I've
02:46 gotten completely sick of the Chiefs because of that.
02:50 So I hate to say it, but I may be riding with the 49ers.
02:55 That's big for a Cowboys fan.
02:57 I know.
02:58 I hate to say it.
02:59 But yeah, most people are like, like, most people don't like the Niners.
03:04 I know.
03:05 But I feel like most people hate the Chiefs more, which is kind of fun to be in that position.
03:09 Because if it was the Ravens, it'd be everybody against us.
03:12 Which is just tough.
03:14 Yeah.
03:15 I just hope it's a good game.
03:17 Hope it's a fun game.
03:18 Yeah, it should be.
03:20 All right.
03:21 Let's talk basketball, though.
03:22 We had another interesting week in the Big 12.
03:26 You mentioned earlier to me that it wasn't super crazy.
03:29 There's only like two upsets, technically.
03:32 So it was kind of as far as the Big 12 goes, it was kind of a normal, normal-ish week.
03:40 But the first thing we'll talk about last Monday, it was Kansas, Kansas State, a rivalry
03:44 game.
03:45 Kansas State was, you know, desperately in need of a win.
03:49 And they go to overtime.
03:50 And when they win in overtime, I knew it was over.
03:52 I knew Kansas had no shot.
03:54 But what were, you know, do you feel any different about Kansas State going and getting a win
04:00 at Kansas?
04:01 Or how does that make you feel about Kansas State?
04:04 Anything different?
04:05 Yeah, I mean, we talked about last week that we were kind of writing him off.
04:11 And I hate Kansas State because they keep coming back in the conversation by having
04:15 a big time moment right when you write him off.
04:18 But you have to keep him in the conversation because that was probably the most exciting
04:23 game of the week on Monday, Sunflower Showdown.
04:25 It was another overtime game.
04:29 Tyler Perry was just unreal, especially late in the game.
04:33 You know, shout out, shout out another short king.
04:37 And you know, Cam Carter was great.
04:39 Kaluma was great.
04:40 They had a complete performance.
04:42 And, you know, it kind of, they needed this one bad.
04:47 You know, they went to overtime tanks now 11-0, I believe in overtime games, or maybe
04:52 it's 12-0 now, I don't even know.
04:53 But if he's in overtime, they don't lose.
04:56 And that's exactly what happened this time.
04:58 I believe that's your like fifth overtime win of the year in that many games.
05:04 So just these overtime wins are the things that's keeping K-State alive in the Big 12.
05:10 And they keep showing their talent to do so.
05:13 You know, they lost at BYU on Saturday.
05:17 So I don't think they're fully back, but they kept that game tight too.
05:20 I mean, that was tight till the end.
05:22 And, you know, playing in Provo is such a tough game.
05:24 But yeah, I want to, I keep getting ready to write him off, but they keep coming back
05:31 with a big win.
05:32 And that was massive for him because Tyler Perry showed what he could do.
05:36 Cam Carter showed what he can do.
05:37 And Kaluma played well as well.
05:39 So if your guys show up, K-State can beat you.
05:41 Yeah, that's actually, I think that's their sixth overtime win of the year now that I'm
05:46 counting it, which is just crazy.
05:47 So they're 6-0 in overtime.
05:50 But yeah, I think that game kind of illustrates what Kansas State could be on their best day.
05:56 Like they have, I think we've talked about it.
05:59 They have some interesting pieces like talented guys.
06:02 Tyler Perry was great at North Texas, a huge transfer gift for them.
06:07 Cam Carter, you talked about him.
06:09 Like when they're all on, I think they show that they can be a dangerous team.
06:14 It's just like finding ways to make sure they're all on at the same time.
06:19 But what about Kansas?
06:21 Does this make you feel any way about Kansas or is this just a rivalry loss?
06:25 Yeah, I think it's kind of a rivalry loss because of how they bounced back against Baylor.
06:31 And we can get into that a little more later.
06:34 But you know, Kansas, like in this game, they played fine.
06:40 Johnny Furfrey didn't show up, which has been the X factor.
06:43 That was the first real game he hasn't showed up since he was put in the starting lineup.
06:49 But I'm slowly talking myself back into Kansas if we just want to get into that Baylor game
06:54 because it just flows into it.
06:57 Because that was probably the second biggest game of the week.
06:59 Kansas-Baylor game day was there, all that stuff.
07:03 And the big X factor for this game was that Kevin McCullough was out.
07:07 And the whole thing all year has been Kansas' death.
07:11 You have McCullough, Dickinson, you know, KJ and DeJuan are good pieces there too, but
07:16 that's all you have.
07:18 So if you have an injury like a McCullough, then you're screwed pretty much is kind of
07:24 what we've been saying all year.
07:26 But they were out McCullough against one of the best teams in the Big 12 and they were
07:29 able to pull out the win against Baylor, which I've been criticizing Kansas State a lot this
07:38 year because I just have felt they've been a little bit overrated to this point.
07:44 But beating Baylor without McCullough is a huge step that guys can step up.
07:51 Timberlake almost screwed that game away at the end like five times.
07:56 But he was fine at the start.
08:01 Furfey bounced back and showed that he's going to be a consistent piece for him.
08:05 You know, Dickinson played well.
08:07 I guess Baylor played a bad game and missed two threes down the stretch and had 21 turnovers.
08:14 So Baylor didn't play good.
08:16 And I wouldn't say that Kansas' death isn't an issue just because of this one game.
08:21 But Kansas did show to me that they have guys that can step up if needed to be good teams
08:26 and they are still very capable of making a deep run on March.
08:30 Yeah, that was our only real criticism of Kansas.
08:32 Like they're not deep and we've wondered all year what happens when one of those top two
08:38 guys go down.
08:40 And that happened against Baylor, who's really good.
08:44 And yeah, they didn't play well.
08:46 But Baylor out-rebounded Kansas 42 to 25, which is usually pretty telling of a result.
08:54 So it's not, I mean, it was a really good game and a competitive game that, you know,
09:02 you had to have other guys step up.
09:03 DeJuan Harris played a good game.
09:06 Like you said, Furfey bounced back.
09:08 Timberlake was at least out there and played 31 minutes and he had eight points.
09:14 Let's see, Elmarco Jackson played 21 minutes.
09:18 He didn't really do much.
09:20 He scored one point.
09:21 He did have four steals, so that's something for them.
09:25 But that's a really good win and against a really good team.
09:31 It definitely kind of proved us wrong.
09:35 We wondered what would happen and they kind of showed us.
09:39 So they're really good.
09:41 And it seems like kind of there's this three-team race at the top currently in the Big 12 that
09:48 involves Kansas, Houston, and Iowa State.
09:51 And if you want to get into those three and how they compare to each other, we can do
09:54 that next.
09:55 But it's tied up there.
09:56 And I think on any given day, any of the teams could win against each other.
10:01 So it's pretty cool.
10:03 But what do you think about those three?
10:05 Yeah, so after this week, we kind of are seeing a little bit of separation at the top.
10:11 I would say, yeah, you're right.
10:13 Houston, Kansas, and Iowa State are at the top and they're probably the best three teams.
10:17 Maybe you add Baylor there too.
10:19 And I do want to add on that Baylor-Kansas game.
10:22 Links and Love was out for Baylor too.
10:23 So Baylor wasn't exactly at full strength, but McCulloch is one of the best players in
10:27 the nation.
10:28 So that adds more of a weight there.
10:30 But in terms of Houston, Kansas, and Baylor, yes, those are the best three teams.
10:35 And we just saw a clinic of what Iowa State could do against TCU.
10:40 You know, we just saw Kansas and we saw Houston have another successful week.
10:46 I think it's very interchangeable, to be honest.
10:49 Iowa State showed me that they're legitimately a top 10 team in the nation and they probably
10:55 should be ranked up there.
10:56 Houston has just been as consistent as anybody all year and they're up there.
11:01 And Kansas proves that they have the star power that can kill you from every angle.
11:05 They have, Houston and Iowa State kind of have a similar approach where they play a
11:09 slow pace and their defense is what their backbone is.
11:15 And Kansas is more of a, Kansas plays great defense too, but they're more star power driven
11:22 and guys like that.
11:23 But I've said it all year because Houston remains at the top and I still would give
11:29 the slight edge to Houston just because they haven't had as many hiccups as the other teams.
11:34 And sometimes Iowa State's shooting could be their Achilles heel or their offense could
11:41 fall flat a little bit when Houston's been more consistent and Jamal Shad's been arguably
11:47 the best player in the conference, especially the last month.
11:51 So he stepped up for Houston and him and LJ Cryer are a killer duo that really, and Jawan
11:56 Roberts too, the big man, was amazing this week to keep your offense afloat.
12:01 And Kansas' depth just scares me too much.
12:03 So just by a hair, I would still say Houston because I think they have the highest floor
12:09 there, but it could go either way.
12:11 - Yeah.
12:12 I think we're both really high on Houston just because of the defense that they play.
12:17 It's historically one of the great defenses that college basketball's seen.
12:23 But take Houston out of it.
12:24 I'm curious.
12:25 This is an interesting conversation, but who out of Iowa State and Kansas do you think
12:30 has the better chance of making the deep run?
12:34 And we'll just say, which of Iowa State and Kansas has the better national championship
12:40 chance in your eyes?
12:42 - God, it's tough.
12:45 'Cause we can get even more in depth in Iowa State later with the TCU game, obviously.
12:52 But Iowa State is such a complete team.
12:58 In terms of winning, I can obviously picture Kansas making a deep run and winning the natty
13:06 more than I could probably picture Iowa State just because Kansas has been there, done that
13:09 before.
13:10 You see the Jayhawk unis and you think they're better.
13:15 - I have to say, those sunflower uniforms that Kansas wears, I think are terrible.
13:21 - I think they're cold.
13:22 - You like them?
13:23 - I like them.
13:24 - I hate them.
13:25 I can't stand them.
13:26 - A lot of people hate them, but I don't know, I kind of think they're clean.
13:31 But yeah, I agree to disagree.
13:37 But Iowa State has just been more consistent all year, that I have more faith in them winning
13:42 games at this point, and that defense is just so, so good.
13:46 I think of Taben Lipsy and Keyshawn Gilbert, that backwards cold, they had Dirk at the
13:52 four.
13:57 They're more of a consistent team, so I would have more faith in them right now.
14:01 But as I said before, I could see Kansas making a deep run as well.
14:05 - Yeah, I kind of agree.
14:09 We know Kansas, Bill Self has done this so many times.
14:14 That team in terms of tournament experience obviously would have the edge, but I think
14:19 Iowa State is maybe the most underrated team in the country right now.
14:24 What are their ranked AP?
14:27 I don't even really know.
14:28 - I think they're a 14.
14:30 - I'm sure that will come up on Monday, because they went to Texas and won, and they beat
14:39 TCU yesterday.
14:41 So I think that they're going to be ranked higher.
14:46 They certainly deserve to be ranked higher.
14:48 They've won, what is this, five of the last six Big 12 games, which is a really, really
14:54 impressive run in this conference.
14:57 It's close, but we saw what happened when they played each other.
15:01 Obviously that was in Ames, I believe.
15:04 And they're not going to have a rematch in Lawrence, so you have to kind of think of
15:08 it, who wins on a neutral site?
15:11 And I don't know, I just really like Iowa State.
15:16 I agree with you in the fact that they're just like a team.
15:19 They're more of a team.
15:20 They're not relying on, although Tame and Lipsy's been really amazing, but they're not
15:24 really relying on that one guy, or those two guys like Kansas's, even though we talked
15:30 about Kansas proved that they could handle good teams without one of those guys.
15:35 But still, I feel like just the overall team, the way it's put together, Otzelberger's a
15:41 good coach.
15:44 And yeah, their defense is awesome.
15:46 It's right up there with Houston's.
15:50 It's tough for me, but I think they both can.
15:54 But I'm interested to see what Iowa State can do, because they're just put together
16:00 really well, I think.
16:01 Yeah, it's an interesting conversation, because they both have, like you could make an argument
16:08 that they're, I don't know, two of the top five adversaries in the nation, if not like
16:14 top three, like those, Allen Fieldhouse and, is it Hilton?
16:20 Yeah, the Hilton.
16:21 Yeah.
16:22 I mean, those two adversaries are crazy for them, and they're both undefeated at home.
16:28 Iowa State is three, Red Laws Kansas four so far.
16:31 So it's one of those conversations where it's super beneficial in conference play.
16:38 But if you feed on that too much, you know, you could, when it's not there for you in
16:43 close games, then you can see the advantage.
16:47 So I wonder how much, like if they get to rely on the home court conversation when it
16:55 comes to the neutral side postseason play, which could be an interesting conversation
16:59 there.
17:00 But I mean, you're right.
17:01 Both these teams are crazy, but Iowa State is legitimately a top 10 team in the nation.
17:07 And I don't know if it's just because we saw them destroy TCU twice now, that it's like,
17:12 oh, like, maybe we're just a horrible matchup for them.
17:14 But in what I've watched of them, they've been stifling all year, and they're a real
17:20 threat for sure.
17:21 Yeah.
17:22 So like, so I just want to look at who they beat this year, because it's pretty impressive.
17:28 They have their wins.
17:29 They have wins over Houston, two times against TCU, Kansas, Texas.
17:35 And like I said, they've won five of the last six.
17:38 And that six game stretch, it's TCU, Kansas State, Kansas, they lose at Baylor, but they
17:44 beat Texas in TCU.
17:46 That's a really, really impressive stretch of wins.
17:50 So yeah, I'm a big fan of them.
17:52 And it'll be interesting to see like, which of these teams separates itself from the other
18:00 two, like we've been talking about, or maybe there's never, never really a separation,
18:04 it's just going to come down to the final game.
18:07 Because I might be wrong, but I think that final game, isn't it Houston, Kansas?
18:13 Yeah, I believe it is.
18:15 It is.
18:16 So that'll probably have implications.
18:17 But yeah, pretty cool at the top.
18:21 It's a fun, it's a fun conference and I'm interested to see how it shapes up.
18:26 But still up for grabs for sure.
18:28 Yeah, we'll move.
18:30 Let's move to the like the middle of the pack and talk about the in or out.
18:33 We'll do our in or out segment.
18:35 It's the same.
18:36 It's kind of the same teams we've been talking about, right?
18:39 Like it's Texas, Cincinnati, not much state.
18:42 Yeah, not much change this week.
18:44 And I will say, with TC losing two straight now, they probably yeah, they probably kind
18:49 of creep back in to where, especially if you drop a game this week, which will get more
18:53 into your you're really starting to worry about your your bubble chances again.
18:57 Yeah, I agree.
18:58 All right, Texas, what do you think about Texas?
19:01 So Texas, this week, they lose to Iowa State.
19:08 And then they, they beat that they beat the hell out of West Virginia yesterday.
19:12 So it's hard to know.
19:14 That really doesn't show you too much.
19:16 But they lost to West Virginia earlier in the year.
19:19 So you know, beating them as handedly as they did is a good sign.
19:24 I don't know.
19:25 What do you think?
19:26 What do you think of this team?
19:27 I can't I can't figure that out.
19:28 They keep coming back.
19:29 I don't know.
19:30 Yeah, I still think they're there.
19:34 They're pretty safely.
19:35 And I would say at this point, you know, obviously still in that bubble line, but it's an interesting
19:41 conversation because they were favorites on Iowa State at home.
19:45 And and obviously, they were favorites West Virginia too.
19:48 And dropping one of them, you probably put them back, you know, just keep them on the
19:51 bubble conversation one more week.
19:52 But they have a super interesting game.
19:56 They go at Houston Saturday, they have a week to prepare for it.
20:00 Which I'm super interested to see what they come out of that with.
20:05 Because if they lose that, you know, no real shame because you're expected to lose it at
20:11 Houston, one of the best teams in the country.
20:14 But you know, yeah, they're they're pretty safely in right now.
20:20 Still considering, you know, they haven't locked up any tournament means by any, they
20:26 haven't locked up any tournament bid by any means.
20:28 They're 25 in Kenpom 33 in that.
20:32 So I would say that pretty solidifies them in right now.
20:36 But a couple losses here and here, you're back on the very questionable side for sure.
20:42 Yeah, they've got a pretty difficult slate coming up.
20:45 They have Houston, like you said, they do get Kansas State, which is nice.
20:48 But then it's a bunch of heavy hitters.
20:50 They get Kansas, Texas Tech, Baylor, Oklahoma, they get Oklahoma State in the middle of that.
20:56 So that's nice, but they're gonna have an opportunity to get a couple more big wins.
21:01 They go on the road to play Houston and Kansas and Texas Tech and Baylor.
21:08 So actually, it's really a difficult stretch for them, closing it out.
21:12 So it'll be you know, opportunities to get really, really quality wins.
21:16 But I think now we're five weeks in a row of Texas splitting their games.
21:22 I'm pretty sure if I'm reading this right, which is crazy.
21:25 They haven't gone on any sort of streak, really.
21:29 Yeah, that's why I stuck around in the segment.
21:33 Yeah.
21:34 And honestly, if you're looking at it, they get Houston and Kansas State, they're probably
21:37 I guess this is only they're only getting one this week, but they probably split those
21:43 two if you're looking at it.
21:44 But anyway, yeah, I think they're in.
21:48 I'm with you.
21:49 Their metrics are good.
21:51 They're starting to figure it out a little bit.
21:52 And you know, they have they have opportunities to get quality wins coming up.
21:57 All right, Cincinnati, what do you think they let's see the week they had they went to check
22:03 lost to Houston.
22:04 They went to Texas Tech and won.
22:06 That's pretty big.
22:07 And then they Yeah, they lost to Houston.
22:08 Yeah, this game.
22:09 I think tech was last week.
22:11 Oh, yeah, that was last Saturday.
22:13 Yeah.
22:14 Yeah.
22:15 So this week, they only had Houston they lost by five.
22:18 Yeah.
22:19 So basically, you know, we've had them, I'm just gonna keep them in the same spot, as
22:25 I've had the past couple weeks is barely missing it.
22:28 They're still looking for that like signature when where they don't split and when again,
22:33 they're not supposed to, which could be at home against Iowa State Tuesday, which is
22:37 a super interesting game, because I was stated to talk about is super good and having them
22:41 at home makes them at least semi beatable.
22:45 So if they pull that one out, and they get UCF on Saturday, this could be a big week
22:50 for Cincinnati to take a step and really boost their tournament chances.
22:56 Losing to Houston, you know, they were close in that game, they might have been, I don't
23:00 know if they're, they're up at some points of the game.
23:04 Like, um, yeah, they're up at half.
23:07 And so they played them tough, which keeps them right on the line of the bubble conversation.
23:12 But losing a Houston really doesn't, or losing a Houston really doesn't move you up or down
23:17 anywhere.
23:18 They're 32 and kept on 34 net.
23:20 So they're right on that angle, I would say barely missing because they just need that
23:24 signature one bad.
23:25 Yeah, I agree.
23:26 They, they don't, you're right, they don't really have a signature, I guess, at BYU is
23:33 a good win early January.
23:35 But other than that, they really don't have, they beat TCU at home and overtime, I guess,
23:42 going to Texas Tech and winning there is a pretty huge win.
23:45 But they are kind of in need of like, I mean, Iowa State would be a massive win for them.
23:50 Yeah.
23:51 They have opportunities.
23:52 Like a top 10 win.
23:53 Yeah, yeah, a top 10 win would be huge.
23:57 For them, though, they, I'm looking at the rest of their schedule.
24:00 It's as far as Big 12 goes, it's semi favorable.
24:04 The some of the teams they get to play in this last month of the regular season, they
24:09 get UCF on the road, Oklahoma State twice.
24:13 I'm sorry, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State just won Saturday, did that but they get like Kansas
24:19 State at home, West Virginia at home.
24:21 So there's definitely these winner winnable.
24:23 Yeah, opportunities for them.
24:26 Although, you know, some tough games as well, like TCU on the road, Houston on the road,
24:33 Oklahoma on the road.
24:34 So it's all, you know, up in the air for them.
24:37 I think they're right there.
24:40 And if I said there, I mean, if I said they're out last week, which I think I did, that means
24:46 they kind of have to be out this week, I think so.
24:49 But they're right there.
24:50 They're close.
24:51 And they definitely have an opportunity to get in.
24:54 If I had to make a guess, I bet they probably end up there.
24:59 But right now, I think they're probably just outside of it.
25:03 Yeah, I think come selection Sunday, they're gonna be nervous.
25:06 Yeah, yeah, cuz they just haven't got out of that of that position for the whole year
25:12 pretty much.
25:13 So yeah, Cincinnati fans will have an exciting month here coming up.
25:18 Yeah.
25:19 All right, last one.
25:21 I guess we're gonna keep talking about these guys.
25:23 But Kansas State has made its way back into the bubble just one week after we write them
25:29 off.
25:30 Yeah, they get a win at Kansas or against Kansas lose to BYU.
25:36 I don't know.
25:37 We had them out last week, they get that they get a signature win.
25:40 That was a big win for them.
25:41 But I think they're still just out.
25:44 I mean, they're not just out.
25:45 I think they are pretty comfortably still out there.
25:48 I think they're 72 and Kim bomb.
25:50 It's just not there.
25:51 They need more of these wins.
25:54 They're still five and six and big 12.
25:56 They have opportunities to get a couple more big wins, but I don't think they have enough
26:00 big wins right now.
26:02 And they have a couple not great losses.
26:05 So I'm going to keep them out.
26:08 Yeah, I agree.
26:11 I just didn't want there because they had a good week that Kansas win and play BYU tough.
26:15 And then I keep seeing them pop up.
26:18 Like they do.
26:19 I look at bracket ologies.
26:20 They're always like, they're still in the conversation, which they are kind of surprises
26:24 me because their resume like they shouldn't be close.
26:27 Like they're 69 and Ken palm and 76 in net.
26:32 So they should not.
26:34 There's probably so many more like, I don't know, mid major type teams that probably should
26:39 be considered for this.
26:42 But hey, they keep sticking around.
26:43 And if they as we've talked about so much, if they put it together, they have the talent
26:48 to do so.
26:49 So props to them for coming back in the segment.
26:53 But it's still a no for me.
26:55 And their schedule is TCU.
26:58 They have a week to prepare for TCU, which we'll talk about more at Texas in BYU.
27:05 And then you get Western your home and then you go at Cincy at Kansas home against Iowa
27:10 State.
27:11 That's a really good.
27:12 They Yeah, that's probably the toughest schedule anybody left.
27:16 Yeah, yeah, definitely.
27:18 So they got a they got to play insane for them, I think to get a tournament bid.
27:23 But here they are again, to find the air again, they're gonna keep coming back, I guess.
27:28 Because honestly, they should just play for overtime instead of playing for wins.
27:32 Yeah, then just try to get an overtime as hard as you can.
27:37 I will say the only game them having is TCU this week.
27:43 Like we could put a nail in the case state appearing in the inter out segment.
27:47 Yeah, which would be fun.
27:49 Yeah, yeah, that would be fun.
27:51 Yeah, that would be a good game.
27:54 Let's talk about that more in a second.
27:57 I don't know.
27:58 Do you have anything else?
27:59 Do you want to take a break and go do it?
28:00 Now let's go talk about some TCU.
28:02 All right, we'll be back.
28:05 Cool.
